Won't open! Totally Frustrating ! Won't open. Downloaded the app. uninstalled, and re installed. Changed from the Wi-Fi in the Haagen Daz store to the one in my house.. still won't open. Hagen Daz Manager even tried to help me. No luck. So much easier to just use the phone number. Why the change? Phone Number worked just perfectly... " if it aint broke don't fix it "

Download the app but the app won't load correctly. It gets to the page that says "sweet rewards are waiting" but nothing happened after that. I uninstalled the app but the same thing happened again. Go back to using phone number to get rewards until the app is fixed.

I love the flavors that Häagen-Dazs has, but once in a while they baffle me. I bought their Chocolate Dark Chocolate ice cream bars and the sticks were shoved completely inside the bars. I chipped away the chocolate coating, dug in with a spoon, and there it was ¼ inch from the top of the bar. How the f@#$ am I supposed to eat the damn thing with the frickin' stick shoved all the way up in it?

I love the app. I have Samsung S10 plus and it works just fine. it moved my old account to the new with no problem. happy to scan bar code as some employes ath MIA airport dont know the app exist. Great app and I love HD🥰🥰🥰

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE!! COME ON HD FIX THE DARN THING!! Tried to use it in the store, would not let me migrate my account to the new app. Kept asking for a phone numbe, but it won't let me put it in!!!!!

Have not been able to use new app since it was developed! Always an error that will not allow me to sign in or migrate my points! About to stop going! Will find new spot for my 3 grands!

I attempted to log into the app on my new phone. I keeps saying that my email has already been taken . It says that the app has been updated but so far no Bueno

Attempted to use on my Google 3axl. Says my phone's integrity is compromised and cannot be used?? My phone has no issues. Tried reinstalling with no luck

The cashiers never know how to use this. The app itself isn't great. It doesn't let you get back to a reward for when the cashier screws up.

stupid app does not work, is frozen to the point that it does not migrate over from old to new. don't waste time with it.

Installed/Uninstalled 4x's This is stuck in the second page "rewards are waiting" so it's impossible to register. What if I had registered under my home phone, not Cell? Do I lose all my points?
