Dont try to fix something thats not broken! The previous version was simple and way better.. as it would get the job done. This update is like UBL meets AlHabib (of old)! Its like using an interface of the last century.. and then adding fingerprint login kind of fancy things to make it look savy! There's just too much going on, you end up wasting precious time trying to navigate your way through. Instead of trying to fit every single feature possible, better to just focus on end user experience!
Very bad user experience. You can't put the amount you want that you want transfer. And once you select the account type i.e easypeisa, you put the amount to send they still prompt you to select the account type even through its selected. Just useless app. The previous version was way better. The problem with that was that it wasn't picking otp. But now the whole app is not providing the functionality.
The previous app version was far better and it worked far better. This upgraded version has ruined the app. Its extremely slow. And 50% of the times it doesn't complete the financial transaction. That is if it allows you to login without giving server error.
Since New UI was introduced this App has become useless. Always issues to do transfer to any account with continuous Timeout messages and Account Title Fetching issue which never resolves. Have to go to Bank as online transfers have become biggest headache for me now. 0/10 for always having backend issues and also a bad looking app.
I am really annoyed with this app as I want to login to my account but email otp verfication not working in the app. I can not able to enter email otp which i have recieved nor it is entering automatically. I have also try to register account using your web potal but i can not able to go verification screen, it just stuck on loading. Kindly resolve both the issues. Thanks
App is better since the latest update. But one thing that I have noticed is that 1 have to re login everytime I am trying to make different transactions at the same time. Also if we accidentally press the send OTP button twice app gets stuck. Dev team should look into these issues.
After the update I'm unable to login into my account. This app won't allow me to login. I don't know what's causing this issue because after I enter the required information it does send me verification code via SMS but the application never moves forward to the next step. You are requested to look into this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.
The app is as much pathetic as any other service of the bank. It frequently fails to log in and is not available when it is needed. Furthermore, burdensome and time-consuming controls have been heavily implemented in its design compromising user convenience. Where payments and other transaction in other banking apps take a minute to make from login to its conclusion, this app will take a susbtantial part of your time and efforts !. Not recommended at all.
Awesome Banking App full of Features. new update is very good. I suggest Only one improvement, add search feature in Beneficiary List when we have to transfer funds. I have a long list and I find it very difficult to locate a person whom I have to send payment. Raast is missing too.
App works fine when it does but when it doesn't its worse,its either their servers or what its beyond me, it will take decades to login in once you have logged in, them the transaction wont go through with unable prompt they should really work on their servers its unacceptable when sometimes you need transfer someone in need
Took time to get used to around using new interface but its well made. Had some issues like adding beneficiaries button was missing before but its now added and glad to see they are improving it. Overall great experience using it.
I was trying to register for mobile banking application but the application doesn't verify the otp of both. I was trying so many time there is an issue in application in my phone both otp's received but both otp not automatically verifying and aslo there's no typing and pasting option of otp's if there is an option I can type my self. I call helping they said reinstall the application may be it works but nothing happened.
2nd review: I am trying to login App through Finger print option but every time it says Request Failed. I have also tried and username and password option but still same thing. I have updated App three times. Can you please resolve the issue.
I am unable to find option to add new benifeciary and one more thing my application is upto date but whenever I try to login it shows popup msg to update the app. This is quite disturbing for me to every time I have to discard that message . And also got irritated while finding an option to add benifeciary but unable to find. Kindly do a needful as soon as possible.
Tried registering for Mobile banking through the app; I'm receiving both OTP's, on SMS as well as email, but when I tap continue after carefully writing the OTP's it says "Invalid OTP". Just called their helpline, the lady whom I was speaking to seemed polite but the issueis still there. Hope it gets resolved soon! Regards, Sad Customer, 😔
A bit slow but new features are amazing. An otp verification before transaction was a good feature from security point of view which was removed in this new update. I would suggest to keep the otp verification before every transaction.
This sorry excuse for an application got an update today (19-1-22), which has rendered it completely useless. Previously, the HMB app was amongst the worst of all banking applications but the updated has made it even worse (if that was even possible). It is now taking ages for a login and the overall UI is so slow and buggy you'd think it was designed in the last century. I'm amazed how it got through the testing and development phase since it's basically a complete waste of space.
I've had a very good experience with this app so far. It's secure, asks for otp everytime I perform a transaction and the interface is also very user friendly.
Only thing which is worthless in HMB is the Mobile App, why don't you guys focus on making it easier, with minimum steps? Just to make a simple transfer we have to go through multiple steps, which are not even optional.. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied with HMB's Mobile App, you guys really need to work on it..
After down loading the app, I tried to request for a new card as my card will expire in February 2022 but evertime it says we are unable to process your request , please try again. I have entered all my details which I sent and I got the verification also done. I have been trying it for the last 3 days but every time I get error message. The app seems useless when it does not function when such options are given but do not work. Please check it and rectify
A banking app upgrade which now does not give me anything to do. Tried reinstalling the app as well, it won't show me my account details. There is only the logout icon that works, else no information is available on app. Worst experience. Don't get the reason to upgrade when previous version had no such issues.
It was bad experience to use Habib metro application.. I am keep trying to sign in, but Everytime getting same error "password or username is invalid". While on other hand I have used same password and user ID for web login, after slow processing it was logged in... But app. I think doesn't want to logged me in... Full of error application, needs improvement from all aspects... Please contact me and resolve the issue or follow the same strategy, let them suffer,who cares.. 😬😤😤
An application should be user-friendly, but I believe it is the most worthless application for any bank. Requesting an update after updating the app, failing to log in after entering your username and password, and validating your own OTP after it has been produced are all examples of this. Such an application would not be appropriate for such a major organization.
This new app is much better, easy and functional. Great improvement from the previous one. Still need some changes like capturing the screen shot after a transaction just for a record.
I'm rating now 2 bcoz the app run/respond slowly. It has to back again again to run it and some time it's stuck during process and when we made new id the numeric pad doesn't respond in my redmi 5a devices when pasting gmail otp. As i have also discussed with HMB devleoper. Kindly resolve issues.. Thanks
I'm trying to register my account but it's keep on saying to put valid mail address,, I tried to put both IBAN & then just account num but it's not getting registered. I don't know why is it happening like that. I am out of Pakistan I don't know how to fix this. Kindly help or provide an email on which I can get an assistance.
Very poor app just like its branches. It will run smoothly untill you deposit money and than you won't be able to log in, it will tell you to try again later. Very very disappointing. I wish there was a negative star option so that i could give it to them.
The overall look and feel of old app was way better. The main issue with this and old app was its loading time. I would request the developers that FOR God sake just Google some good GUI examples to make a simple yet intuitive interface. #HorribleApp
Why does it keeps asking to add email while making new beneficiary. When even on adding right one, It keeps on saying incorrect email. And than it doesn't creat beneficiary. It is optional to add an email, but still it won't progress of you skip it. All my transactions are being impossible through the app. Kindly fix this issue. Really irritated by this problem.
