Been using this app for about 6 months now, and it's wonderful. I like the calendar widget that I can quickly look at to see in a broad sense how I'm sticking to a habit, without feeling bad about missing a day here and there and spiraling. I also like the graphs so I can see which habits I need to be careful that are slipping away/feeling motivated about strengthening. Love it, Premium is totally worth it for me.
This could be an amazing app but it has an enormous flaw. If you set a habit for every other day it is not possible to set a reminder to match. Reminders can only be set by specific days and times so after a few days, the reminders will not be on the day of an "every other day" habit. This could be easily addressed by mirroring the habit schedule interface into the reminder interface, until then, the app is essentially broken for my purposes and I imagine for many others as well.
Upgraded to premium primarily for widget functionality, but it is completely broken. Tapping a widget to check in with a habit doesn't work, and instead opens the app with a popup inside it. After making a selection, the app remains open, forcing you to manually return to the home screen where you started. Save your $6 for now until this is fixed.
It's nice and overall works great for my needs. I like the rewards option and being able to have something to work toward, but it seems that the rewards simply unlock after a cumulative number of points are achieved for all habits being tracked. It would be nice if you could set a reward for a specific habit, and to unlock it only after achieving a good streak or percentage over a certain amount of time.
I've been using habit hub since the start of the year and it's been exactly what I've needed to leverage my existing environment into changing daily behaviors. I made the goal to do pushups everyday this year and I'm up to 90 thanks in large part to this app. The premium version allows you to update the widget right from the home screen and the week view let's you check in each day. That way, you get a habit going by not breaking the chain. It's an effective approach to building daily habits.
Simple yet effective. I like the Skip option. Rewards (the points you get for checking in) and Target rewards seem to be different. I thought Target reward is the points you get for reaching it. Not intuitive path to targets list (I'd expect it to be where habit is edited). Also, the Checkin widget doesn't have red/blue for fail/skip for some reason. Edit 4 -> 2 stars: Rewards don't work; can't add reward w/ less pts than available, but can edit it to such. App seems abandoned...
Love the app and the concept but I hope widgets get many more options like the ability to see all of your progress in the chart. Also I may have discovered a bug. I accidently didn't put a title when making a new task then I clicked save but the event didn't save, nor was I notified about anything so I didn't know if it was saved or prompted to change anything via a toast message. Those are my suggestions for improving, other than that, looking forward to seeing this app get better over time.
User friendly interface. Like the fact that can create habit with multi-line heading, descriptions, reasons for motivation and set up habit categories. Best is IMHO the widget which shows visually the strength of habit following using chain link and completion status. I like the detailed reminders you can set for a habit. I'm using free version so could not check premium features but based on what I saw and used so far I expect premium features to be a hit as well. Wish I had premium version.
The idea for the app is great. However. I paid for the premium version and all my data disappeared after setting up a few habits and I closed the app. I received a message saying no purchases found when I hit restore. I have reached out. I haven't heard back yet. I am hoping this is not a scam. The developer issued a refund since the app did not work.
Paid for the premium version but automatic backup is not working! I've configured the app to backup to my Google Drive. Manually pressing the "uploading to cloud" does work, but the automation of backing up every day definitely does not work. Please fix! The developer said that they had fixed this in the latest update, but that is not true. Manual backup to Google Drive works, but not automatic!
Pretty useful and easy to use. I would love to have this 'Reward bank' system where you can accumulate points and 'purchase' rewards, but this will means also that the total point bank would decrease as well as you keep 'buying' rewards. By the moment looks like only accumulative
Great app that I used for a long time but I discovered it causes major slowdown, system wide. I recently went from a Pixel 3 XL to a Moto G Power (which isn't nearly as good), and I had constant stuttering, as the app continuously ran in the background. The only fix was to uninstall. I've moved on to other apps as this is a deal breaker with my current phone.
great for what i want! I'd love if i could more more easily see which dot was today too (like a column of grey/ colour behind today's dot to highlight it or something) and I'd like if touching each dot filled it in as successful, instead of bringing up a menu. and you could keep touching the same dot to cycle through the other menu options like fail or skip. just to make it quicker to fill in :) but that's it! reallyreally grateful to have found your app - it's really helped me create 2 habits ❤️
Pretty good. I can think of several improvements, but that doesn't indicate a flaw or problem with the app; more just that I can creatively conjure up new ideas, which I have always been able to do. I wouldn't think anything of it. There is one issue, however: the column for the current day has stopped showing up. I have to either restart the app or edit some settings for it to show and for me to be able to log my progress for the day. But overall a good app and one I would recommend.
Wasn't updated for almost a year now. Unfortunately stays way behind competition. I bought premium however I'll be moving to a different app as they offer more features and better design.
Loving the app so far. I had been looking for a habit tracker with a widget I could use to toggle each day. This app has a free widget, but... if I could make a suggestion to the developers... I wish the background color of the widget would change at the beginning of each day to remind me to complete the habit (and then upon completion the background would change to a different color). Currently, the widget stays one color, but if it were to "reset" each day, that would be really helpful.
I love this app and now have the premium version. Well worth the money as I wanted to be able to add more than 5 habits and be able to add some already partlly established habits to keep check on them. I've got quite a few on the go and this app really has helped to keep the chain going. Top stuff.
Is there an iOS version? Love it 🙂! I tried out tons of habit apps but this was the best. The more affordable one-time fee was a big reason, but it also met all my needs and I like using it. Categories are a must. I haven't used the rewards part yet, but that is an extra many other apps don't have. I also love that it has dark mode, I can disable all notifications, and it doesn't make sounds.
