App doesn't work. Constantly logs you out or gives an error message. When I try to log in and receive the verification code I always get an error message. When I do get the verification code, I receive an error message code is invalid. Also, why are the verification codes emailed and not texted? This app is glitchy and inconvenient. I literally cannot access MyChart. Not worth downloading this useless app.
The appt check-ins are not useful. The information doesnt sync with the office so after you check in with the app, the office will ask you the same questions. I get email notifications that results are in, but they come up blank sometimes in the app.
Alot of times it doesnt work, bummer. I wish they wolud fix it because when it does work you can see your results, make or change appointments, balance etc.
Horrible app. I try to sign up they ask for private info I answer it and never allow me to sign up. I try also my code and did the same. I think this app is a scam asking for to much and when they got ur information they keep asking for credit report your credit card and a lot of private. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS TRASH.
I cant log on but I am sure I am using the correct info because I have logged on using my computer. I tried setting up my credentials but I cannot complete the entry because I dont know my medical record number. I will try the help desk during the week, but so far I am not impressed.
Was very easy to navigate. The only thing I couldn't view was the doctor 's notes. But the rest if app. Was very user friendly.
Does not work anymore. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still unable to log in. Just says securing login, then nothing but same log in page.
signed up on computer and signed in on the app, works amazing it's great the idea to have the results where u r, and it's amazing that I can have all I need to get to the appointment in the app. amazing job keep it updated
Doesn't show any of my medical history. Nothing it's like I've never seen or been in my hospital. Left a inquiry about this problem to their customer service they looked at it and never replied back. It says allow up to 48 hours for a response. It's been 2 weeks.
Can not login, the credentials are good because works fine on my computer. This App is useless for me . Delete!
No stars! The app worked fine the first time using it. The 2nd time I used it the app would get stuck on the logo page.
PITIFUL!!! The app doesn't open on my Android phone I see they really don't care because other people have reported this and there is no reply. Whoever manages this app should be replaced ASAP!
The update fails. Can't schedule appt because of error. Never resolves. Ccc email bouncing and never return calls
Get a server error every time. Reinstalled. Same thing. So far, it's useless.
A+++. Very helpful tools, including test results, appoinntments, medical history.

Piece of junk. Cannot sign in even though I can sign in on pc. Help desk doesn't know what to do. Please fix this.
Great app IF.......... If I could actually make appointments on it, and communicate with my doctor.

I'll give 5 stars when I can schedule appointments. Great app.
my chart had all of my results after the last update my results start from the end of last year and I need access to earlier results.
Chose this bc they had online scheduling... but online scheduling doesn't work.
Terrible !! Can not sign in . Called for assistance with no reply ! Waste of time !!!!!
I downloaded the app and registered, and everything seemed fine, but once I closed the app, I was never able to access it again. It currently accepts my username and password, sends me a code to enter, but then once I do that, it says it was unable to communicate with the server and to try again later. It's been doing this for 12 hrs straight so far. Ridiculous.
