Nice game for for figuring out optimal resource harvesting and use. Two UI improvements that would be helpful. Move the Next Waypoint button to the rightmost position and have it available even if the first destination has not yet been confirmed by pressing the checkmark button. This will give you a head start for planning the route in the 10 countdown. Also, when selecting a body, add a way to show the number of shipments on other systems that are waiting to go to the selected system.

I've been playing this game for over 5 years, it's easily the best 'value' among all the free games out there. No ads, no P2W, you can buy accelerators if you wish to, but not really necessary, complex game play, just awesome, it'll last me forever, I can tell. The only thing that is a let down: it's always the same music on and on, but I turn off the music anyways.

This is probably the best game ever, yes it takes forever just getting started. I recommend getting a coorperation and working together to raise in the ranks. There is an in game purchase to make ships/upgrades discounted. (Should discount more as you go higher in ranks but..) its worth it. Dont forget to store your orbs on closest planet. Someone told me this and completley changed the game for me and made it way easier.. beautifully designed wish the ships had some kind of sound effects though

Starts out engaging and with promise, but devolves into another idler which can only be played continuously if you're willing to pay money, or ultimately wait days, weeks and months. I'm honestly fed up with games that rely on taking months to progress. Sometimes I just want to sit down and play a game and progress somewhere with a few hours. The game could be easily converted to be engaging and I would happily drop $20 to play. I just don't want to continuously drop money on speedups, or wait.

This game is amazing and it really is free to play, not even any ads. I'm a little ashamed at how much time I've spent on it... It's constantly throwing interesting choices at you... 5 things you want to spend your hard earned credit on, do I upgrade first... I find that progress is pretty fast if you play twice a day (e.g. commuting) but there's always stuff to do of you're got the time.

This is truly an excellent game. You feel like you start out a little bit slowly, but since there's a lot to learn in this one, that's not necessarily a bad thing. As you progress you get more ships like miners & transports which are your interplanetary & eventual interstellar traders... They're the ones that bring home the cash & after a bit, you'll want to build a battleship or two. This is not a "photo realistic" game: it focuses on planning, strategy, & expanding. Highly recommend it!

I'm not one for 5 star reviews, but this game deserves it. I've been playing since 2017. In that time, I have really enjoyed the game. The combat loop is thoughtful and strategic, while remaining simple. Some mechanics, such as the inability to stop moving mid-move, might be frustrating to some, but force you to think ahead and learn enemy behavior. Overall, the game is spectacular. The graphics are pretty, the strategy is good, and it's relaxing. Keep up the good work, Andreas!

The game is designed to take forever and then some. the play is fun, though, and challenges are satisfying to overcome. I havent seen much in the way of issues aside from rare spikes in lag, though the nature of the game makes lag a non issue. I do wish there was more information to help you plan transport routes and a better interface for setting destinations. once you grow large youll flick around the map an awful lot to set the routes up and there is alot of stuff to accidentally tap.

Somebody knows what they are doing. A well-designed game that avoids most of the pitfalls of base-defense and resource management games. Can progress at your own speed without too much worry of destruction. More working with rather than against others but still room for competition between players and corporations. Only occasional ads and can always speed progress buying crystals but it is not totally necessary to do so, but optional. Five thumbs up.

Good game, but key misses. First off, the UI, gameplay, art, it's all gorgeous! No complaints there. However, some key elements prevent me from playing it further: 1. I cannot log in to Google Play. It just keeps spinning, but I never sign in. So I'll never be able to switch devices. No thanks. 2. Some dishonesty. Small, but it matters: you buy a pack for daily rewards for a "week". In reality, it's only 6 days. That adds up. 3. It asks for permissions to media, without ever explaining why.

Great game. I am liking it at the moment. I can go in and do some things and even though I am not in the game life continues. One thing I would have liked is maybe more automation. I think this will become important when your empire gets bigger. Have the transport vessels transport goods and maybe passangers from place to place a bit more automatically. I would rather focus on more important things. Fighting, defending, expanding, redstars and recearch... But great game. Love it.

Graphically simple and polished, and quality not found in most other games. Good controls and interface, with the latest changes as of now being splendid. Over the past few months, there have been some quality changes and additions in terms of modules. So, I have a feature wish for the developers, a 'Mine' or a 'Mine Disperser' module. Such an addition would be great in terms of combat strategy, especially in White Stars

I've been playing this for months now, hooked my friend as well, and honestly it's one of the best games mobile platforms can offer... Its smooth, fun, and provides room for constant growth, since there is no visible level limit (at least not for months). Economy and military are simpe as they can be, yet that simplicity is the strong point. Only thing it lacks, is a little bit more content in your own star system. Maybe some population and economy building options on the planet surface.

This is a particularly unusual game. It's a pseudo sci/fi space based game, but the game mechanics/rules have little (if anything) to do with real life physics. It's a great strategy game for some people, but difficult for most people to get into. It's an easy play game in that one can play it for a while and then just walk away. When one returns, the game situation is largely the same (or improved) as when one left. A good for people who don't want to feel locked into a game.

This game, while it starts out simplistic, quickly turns into a decision based strategy game. You won't see much of it at first, but once you get passed certain points, strategy and good decision-making are keys to winning. Later on, teamwork and module combinations become a big factor. The ad-free and minimalistic, non pay-to-win micro transactions make the game a breath of fresh air amongst many toxic, P2W games. I forsee myself playing this game for a long while to come.

It's rare I give a mobile game a good score, but this is truly a one of a kind in my book. I grew up playing small browser games like planetech and ambriod and this has very much the same feel without the monthly resets. I have been playing around a week or so now and I don't think I can even remember a single add and that's saying something for a mobile game. They do have payment features for premium money that you can spend in other areas but you can also get a good amount simply by moving shipments and unlocking achievements. It takes time like any mobile game be doesn't come across as a grind and doesn't turn into years of work unless you pay. Overall I would recommend, plenty of content and not annoying in the payment and add area.

I played the game for over two years and it was fun, but the end game got waaaaayyyyy too grindy and the fights take way too long and difficult just to get one piece of a module that takes hundreds or thousands to unlock and that's not even taking into account the research time that goes into it. Is it worth it? Yes, but only as a new player who likes to build up. The build up is fun, but you reach a point where progression is so eye-bleeding slow and difficult that you just have to say "enough"

This game is a pretty awesome space exploration and colonization game. You don't have to compete with overpowered players which I think is great for a mobile game like this. So far, the game itself is pretty smooth and fun to play. My suggestions for making it a bit better would be to streamline the ship navigation control. It feels clunky to move transport ships over and over, but at least you can start to automate it come late game. Other than that, the game play is a lot of fun and the tech tree keeps things interesting. I don't normally do extensive reviews on games, but I do when the game is worth playing. This one definitely is worth your time.

Very good game, and it's not about graphics, like the chess game is not about the beauty of chess pieces. Your level and module levels are not so important as the game is pretty well balanced. So leveling up faster is not a priority since you can enjoy the game at any level. The gameplay is all about how to use modules (in blue stars) and team play (in white and red stars). Spending money in this game is optional and doesn't offer any essential advantages.

When it comes to strategy games on my tablet, few hold my interest beyond a few hours of gameplay. As someone who comes from a background of playing deep strategy games on the PC, I find most mobile strategy games to be tremendously boring due to their reliance on repetitive and overly simplistic gameplay. Now, I am not going to deny that "Hades Star" also has repetitive mechanics as well as simplistic gameplay elements, but I think here Parallel Space hit the sweet spot by crafting a game that transcends its limitations by employing an elegant design that pulls you in and keeps you playing. I particularly enjoy micromanaging my fleet of cargo carriers as they go about their rounds making deliveries to my colonies for credits that I can later invest into upgrading my planets, ships, etc. I also enjoy the clever raiding mechanic where the player can locate a red star on the verge of imploding, and raid the system for technology before its goes kablooey. All in all, Hades Star has just enough going one, at just the right pacing, to make an intriguing game that keeps my interest. I guess that is why it remains on my tablet when so many other games have come and gone.

The game is ok but very niche. The reason it's getting a 1 is because it has a big flaw. The game relies a lot on placement of your planets which can slow down your progression if you create certain layouts. This isn't immediately apparent and there is no restart function if you want to start over and create a more optimized layout. Even deleting Google game data does not help as when you try and sign in again it just gives you the option of loading your previous account.

Rya. S. Nov 10, 2020

The game itself is very fun and the gameplay is very easy to learn. The depth of the graphics are pretty sweet as well. The downside is unless you're willing to spend large amounts of money or take a ridiculously long amount of time you never really going to go anywhere in this game. The increasing prices and costs of upgrades are so beyond Ludacris and Out Of Reach it's almost not worth playing sometimes..

Mic. H. Mar 17, 2019

I quite enjoy the game, but some of the missions are rubbish. I don't like the blue star activity so don't do it, but I keep getting mission after mission which is blue star related. Wish I'd never built the blue star gate but can't get rid of it! Crappy missions takes the fun out if it. Would be a 5 star if you could turn off certain types of missions. Red star missions are supposed to be 15 minutes but the earliest you can select to teleport is always 4 or 5 seconds into that time already...
