When ever we want to put balance on phone through app it's showing fail,, means like after 50 attempts then it will send balance to phone.. Only one rating from My end else if you will click on loan option It will guide you coming soon or even for other option also, only one or two options is working else is showing coming soon and it was showing from last one year, it's not soon I think you should have to mention that it will come after 10 years.....

Previously I had a very hard time using the app. It wouldn't open to most wifi connections. But now it's accessible and fast wherever I go. Thanks to the new added features too. Great job!

worst and worst experience i had. my app is been blocked and i tried calling customer support many times but before connecting to the support people every time they disconnect my call they charged for the call and i even email the support team but i got no response. please help me to fixe it.

Waste....absolutely no use when needed..always blocked or can't open the app..pls no one suggest Mint card to any employer for salary transfer...today(10/07/19) I got salary but I can't check it in the app from last 4 hours..the app is not starting...then what is the use of it..we all the employees are going to give written complaint to our employer that not to use 'Mint' for our salary transfer...its makes us frustrated...really waste😤😤😠😳

For the past two days hafed app, is working. every time im trying to check my balance or using mobile recharge option it's showing ERROR PROCESSING TRY AGAIN LATER. pls rectify this problem as soon as possible. THANK YOU

Transaction was made on 10th February but wasn't processed but hafed deducted the amount.. Wen i called the operator she told that it would refund in 1 or two days but until now it hasn't refunded the wrongfully deducted money by hafed.. Very very poor customer service.. Y would we trust this kind of brand wen there r other brand securing our money.. I m still waiting for refund.. Wenever calling the operator it only rings no one picks up.

Kindly update your app as i am having difficulty on the start up screen, sending sms verification is not really working.

please rectify this disgusting error processing each time i tried to top up my line, even to transfer money from card to card to my friend is also showing error processing.... it remains useless if those vital options keep showing 'error processing please try again'. Am waiting for ur swift rectifications.

Downloaded it since yesterday and until now i havent used it because it shows "error in processing try again later" its not working and useful the way it promised. i am hoping that this app will help ne on my inquiries coz i got my new salary card,but unfortunately until before i type this comment,this app is not working. the customer service rep.of my card encourage me to download this app to help me in my inquiries,but it did not work at all!

Everything works great.. but remmitance option is not available right now.. the most needed for a foreign worker.. plz update remmitance option on mobile app and make it available. Thanks

App hasn't worked for the past 3 months. Tried uninstalling then installing again & again but nothing works. Please fix ASAP. I need it to manage my payroll card.

Don't know what has happened after last update. Can't check my account balance whenever I click on it app get closed by saying unfortunately hafed app has closed. Please fix this problem

Its alright, but the app only opens in some networks. When i change wify networks then it doesnt open up.

I can't log in my account when it is updated this Feb 12, 2020, i fill all the requirements card number, expiry date, mobile number and pin but the mobile number is invalid or not valid. How it is possible that my mobile number is invalid or not valid?

Worst App. after update when i am trying to register it's showing error try again please. Hafed team kindly have a look in this matter to avoid service discontinue.

Why I can't use my card to do in-app purchases anymore? Last month I was able to use it. Then next month my card is being declined. I have more than enough balance for the purchase

useless application . if you select account and card option. application stuck and shows error. if am not satisfied with the application . and no option for online account status checking

Many time tried to login in this app but can't login in Android 6.0 version, many time did send emails to mint middle east, no solution still

Waste of time this hafed app and it's dosnt work. If you may fix it it's better. I am also user of this ATM but once you registering it shows ERROR PROCESSING, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.

Even though you updated this app also it is not opening with wify many people use this app to open through wify but you didn't update through wify so it is not openaning so waste of update

Tried to register more than 10 times. Did not receive a single OTP on my mobile number. If you have a choice, do not download this app. Waste of time.

After updated this app it's asking for register again.when i'm trying to register and dialing right pin number still it's showing invalid pin number. What happened hafead team plz confirm me..!!

what is wrong with this app after i fill all the account details and when i open my account the app close automatically can't even activate my account yet very disappointing

Why name it Hafed? Change it to ERROR app. Whenever i need this app most it shows error. Tried to top up it shows error everytime.

App is good but card is not good. Cutting money directly, then u have to make a complain letter. Some time they cut 500, 1000 or full salary.

The First time sign in is not done in 2 days . I use 2 days error message came. like Error processing please try again. I try 2 days same error came.

Very bad app. Need Buy domestic Mobile card. It’s all time error processing. It's very very bad App 😡😡
