Love the app when it doesn't timeout. It is very slow, like it's downloading the entire database everytime. I wish the developers would spend some tims optimizing it.
Needs batch refill like check boxes and a button; refilling every med is tedious. Transfer: Take photo of label does not complete. Will not accept full rx number.
I liked it until I realized there was no way to stop automatic refills. Especially annoying if no longer taking a medication or dosage changes. Deleted app.
Great app, hasn't been this easy to refill medication ever! Love it and the Barkley Haggen staff. Always friendly and helpful.
Worked well at first, then it has deteriated after 2 years. Now it tells you to refill a prescription much too early. It also will omit prescriptions that are active and have refills. You guys need to communicate with the pharmacy's District Managers since no one in the Haggen Pharmacy can get in touch with the app developers so they can provide better service vto their clients who are struggling with the app.
It makes things so much easier!!! I can keep track of everything so much better!!! It takes away the confusion.

Haggen Pharmacy RX app is amazing it's really top notch.
Is ok. Somewhat confusing though.
Long lines and VERY expensive store. Poor communication. Pharmacist expects patients to be the middle man when there is an error on Dr./Pharmacist documentation 4 meds. Pharmacist is spiteful when we can't find issue. Or where this break in communication is. Once learned, we r expected to call the pharmacist back to to explain gibberish! Oh, then demanded again 2 call insurance @ BEG them to call Dr, Pharmacist, etc. Bc this game of sharades is absolutely borderline suicidal.

Easy to use. It's efficient and fast! I do however enjoy the excellent customer service and experience at the Haggen in Burlington! Thanks for all of your help and patience.

It's great to have access to your prescription information, but this app keeps changing my 30 day supplies of medications to 90 day refills. This means dont get notifications or texts reminding me to refill my prescriptions. I usually almost run out before I realize the refill date is late by 2 month. The pharmacy seems to have no interactions with the app and they told me they can't even contact the app designers. The pharmacy has all the correct information, so something's getting on the way.
