Haibike eConnect

Installed the app on my Android and will not allow me to register past the point of inputting my email and birthday in step 2 of the process. The 'continue' button is not active and not clickable. Unable to use and complete waste of time. Took forever to download as well. Not sure if it is my connection, however, all of my other devices are working with no delays.

I got a "bike was moved" push message, but I couldn't read/open the message because the app always crashes. The login/bike data is also randomly lost (app goes back to the login screen or "add bike" screen until the app is restarted. Not sure if an app bug or defect key, but I cannot pair the eConnect key. It always says the key is defect or bad battery, but same message is shown after battery replacement. Rides don't sync, I cannot find my rides in app/website. Contact me in English, please.

Crashes all the time if I try to check the messages or trying to check bike position. Would be nice software if it would work. Update 3.1.2022, suddenly app started working. Not crashing anymore, with the same phone (Samsung).

Great continuation of support of this unique application, which is completely useless in the US. Is all hope lost for use of the system outside of Europe? Edit--3/30/19. The application looks great! Good for you if you made the Country list.

This was never a well designed app, in fact quite an amateur effort and since the last update it crashes every time I select the current position. Please spend a bit of time and finish the job properly.

I've just installed today an e-connect retrofit kit on my Haibike. First, tried ALL possible combinations of serial number and Frame Draw number (with #, without, with letters, without, etc!!!) and the APP never let me add the bike. To make matters worse, I've tried to login on the browser to try to add the bike, it doesn't log in! So, I've decided to uninstall it and re-install. Now the app crashes EVERY TIME and I'm not able to even enter it. Please, Haibike or Winora Steiger, I'd really like someone to contact me because I've bought this to retrofit on my FullSeven (Bosch) from 2017 to avoid a robbery, paid almost 350 CHF today and IT DOESN'T Work. Needs better info in how to input serial numbers, and mostly, it needs to work!! I'll revise my rating once this problem is solved. Thank You.

Very poor way to access your haibike just think of all the people buying these bike second hand with no registration number card. The frame number should fine but oh no not with haibike your not thinking of the life of these bikes and just thinking of new buyer's. The app is useless to anyone unless your buying a new bike this needs to be made Easyer to access your haibike or why have the app.

After upgraded to 2.1.144 version, when i open the app, it sometimes closes and opens continuously and it cannot be stopped until going to setting, apps and force stoping it. i have Nokia7.1 phone with Android 9.

Poor QA / UX issues 1. Many complained not able to go past date of birth screen. This happens if phone number is entered in international format. 2. Registration code is unnecessary LONG and at least my card has MORE digits in two separate lines unlike examples. First line has to be ignored. Confusing AF. 3. Registration fails with "There was an error adding the bike". Bike was already registered. 4. Issues raised here are responded with germany 😡

I dont get it... they make great bikes with high tec display computing etc... and then make an app that looks like a computer school project gone wrong... put some effort into the app! Comon! You guys are one of the leaders in the bike world!!!! Now go make an app to be proud of!!!!! Now!!!!! I love my bike (Haibike) I hate the useless app!!!

I read many negative comments, I must be lucky I guess, smooth setup and the app is now working perfectly. Very intuitive and useful.

App keeps crashing . HAIBIKE spend some money on developers. Your almost there, also make Bluetooth connect to phone as EE re german telecom, 3g coverage is poor in UK. Then gps will always work.

It was working fine until the app was updated. Now no rides are logged, the e-key doesn't unlock the bike and I'm locked out of the web portal for no reason. Seems like a waste of £299

Can't get past second step never highlights continue. Emailed haibike said wont work in usa. What the heck, sell an amazing bike here in the states and app wont work in the states! Doesnt make sense to me.

Just updated to new phone, econnect is not starting and just crashing. Than again there is no way to reset your password.

Worked ok till today now won't load and the lock is off and cannot switch on because app won't load what can I do tried uninstalling but still just spinning on the login page??

tried to create an account and cant get past step 2. continue is greyed out even though all info is entered.

The app does not work. It will not even go past the first screen that asks for your name, number, etc.

Utter trash. Simply won't allow you to set up an account. Pointless.
