Love the band, love this game. Soundtracks are amazing, you placed the music perfectly there is no need to add blocking i've finished this game fully and i loved the challenge, true gamers know what i'm talking about, there are a few glitches and bugs but other than that this is my favourite game for my tablet. All haters, performance isn't everything. And It Is NOT A Pay To Win.

Controls are horrible. Seriously the worst I have encountered in years. The whole thing could just be free to play. But they milk the A7X music platform really well. I tried it, I hated it. I deleted it. If they update it down the road and fix the insane amount of bugs and control glitches I may try again.

Pretty much a great game! The one thing that the experience is lacking is the developer support. I have the same problem with people here, trying to restore the M. Shadows character, but it does not restore... I emailed the support but was not able to get a response for them ever since... Sad to hear that. Last update was on December 2nd, 2014. I live for this band, and sadly the developer does not care about this game...

I seem to be unable to purchase Synyster Gates because it keeps saying it was canceled or failed. It didn't actually attempt the purchase, so I am not sure what the issue is with the purchase of him. I even tried Zacky Vengeance, but could not purchase him either. I will be trying to reinstall the game to see if that fixes it. I will restart my phone as well. I hope it gets sorted with those attempts at resolving it.

I don't know why people are complaining about this game or wanting a refund because to me it's fantastic. Music is awesome which is normal coming from Avenged Sevenfold and the actually game play is really good to me and I love it. Yes there is no block or evasion button but that doesn't change the fact that it is a awesome game overall and worth it. The only thing I can think of that I would love is a way to buy different armor pieces to further protect The King and to make him look even cooler. Nice game.

I've seen better graphics on other games so I think it is possible to make it better. Feels very cheap, but then again the price was super low (almost free). The story line is amazing and keeps me wondering about the end. I am still playing it every once a while.

I was the fourth person to download this game and I've never had any complications until now. I had gotten a new phone and I redownloaded the game. I went to restore my purchases and it won't allow me, says that it's failed to restory or has been canceled. I had never canceled and I played that game for months using all the characters I have bought. I can't change the volume of the game either. There are no settings. Please fix this!!

A7x is one of my favorite bands, if you're a fan you're gonna like it. Most of my gripes are because it's a mobile game, but it's a fun time waster. Performance is perfect 60fps on my S5, but my note 4 runs around 25 and will drop after awhile to 12. Fun game, awesome soundtrack, but it has its issues.

The gameplay is amazing. So intuitive yet so simple. I unlocked M.Shadows straight away, he is the powerful one on here. Dude is like a lawn mower. Keep it up guys, more levels too please! And to those complaining about the controls, get over yourselves, clearly you in the wrong place. No push button baby games here.

I bought and completed this on Steam and loved it so much I've purchased it on my phone. If you like classics, like Zelda and any old school dungeon smasher, you'll love this. It's also awesome to hear an intricate and well made soundtrack to play along to. Hours of fun for any gamer.

The game goes to the first loading screen. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it to open. Also I tried restoring my purchases (I bought all the characters) and it won't let me.*Edit* I can't even buy the characters now. It says it failed or was cancelled. Not only that but if you email the developers there's no answer.

Thank you for fixing the black screen after apps boot up, I love this game honestly and I rated it 5 stars at one point but the constant bug issues really make the experience unpleasant, I cannot seem to restore my purchases I continue to get errors when doing so. I've emailed the dev and I'm hoping this gets fixed because honestly I love this game and obviously the band itself.

I thiught it would be nice. It's mediocre. And u can't even play as the band members as you gotta pay for em. Anyway, u guys gotta really fix the battles. Not being able to block is like being a meatshield. Mehhhh

Love the game so far, but for some reason it won't let me make any in game purchases. It keeps saying the purchase failed or was canceled. A fix would be great, but other than that for a mobile game I was pleasantly surprised at how addictive it is! I hope one day you'll make another.

The worst EVER! Gameplay sucked. No matter how hard you try, your gonna die. Defending is impossible given the Enemies run through your sword and damage you! No point in the Game. ONLY good side is the Soundtrack. I want a refund for false advertising. It's just the worst arcarde game EVER and thats NOT what I paid for... IT HAS NO RPG ELEMENTS! Equipping a sword DOES NOT make it an RPG!!!

I will get this out of the way if you like A7x you will get way more out of the game. It has tons of fun fan service from beginning to end. The controls took time getting used to (Watch M. Shadows tutorial on YouTube) but once you master them you will find a very satisfying expierience. It reminds me of Castlevania in a way thats just me though. I beat the game with no in app purchases at all its pretty easy when you find a feel for it. I'm on Babylon on Nightmare mode now and I just can't put the game down

It's absolutely one of the best games on Play Store. I'm a diehard fan of Avenged Sevenfold, and downloading this game was imminent for me. I bought it, I played it, I finished it and I would say that it's worth a while even for those who are not fans. It's a good game with good music and game play. Give it a try. I wasn't disappointed. Although, it said 10-12 hours of game play. I finished it after maximally 6 hours. Well, Nightmare mode awaits!

Overal an amazing game! I am a huge A7X fan. This game is difficult at times, no dodge no blocking nor do you get health drops, but strategy is key. Beat this game in 3hrs. No in game purchases needed. Rpg? No its more like a strategical action/adventure game. The difficulty of this game makes it fun. Does remind me of a lot of classical games they metioned. For a mobile game app it's just amazing.

If the game had a defence option...then it might be worth it. All you can do is atrack and shoot magic. Not worth it at it's current state BUUUUUTT Avenged Sevenfold is awesome so you get an awesome soundtrack to go with you getting destroyed...

Nothing to get sucked into, not like it really makes you want to keep playing. I usually play when I am on the toilet. Combat is straight foward, but repetitive. NOT an RPG; there is no skilltree or leveling, contrary to the description.

Being an avid fan, I already knew this game was to be released. But whenever it was finally released, I hesitated to purchase this app because of all the negative reviews. Typically, I would have bought it on principle, being such a huge fan. I rated this game 5 stars because it's an excellent game. It does a fantastic job of RPG-esque gameplay. It presents a challenge and the controls ARE clunky, but easy to learn. It's so worth the money. I don't get this gaming experience with any other app.

I absolutely adore the game, addicted after a few minutes! However it kinda bugs me that there's no save option because every time I leave the game I have to restart the piece I was doing. The game is so amazing, I could spend hours explaining why but we all know it's fantastic. I'm not one to buy apps or games but this was definitely worth it. Great job guys, keep it up, you've done yourselves proud! Can A7X get any better?! No band measures up!

I bought all the charactersand then had to uninstall the game. When I went back in to restore my purchases (there is a button that says restore my purchases)but when I hit it it says the operation has failed. When I email the company for help with the matter no one responds.

The game is fun once you begin getting a hang of the controls. I would like to see external gamepad support in the future. The storyline is very good especially considering it's a mobile game- I have seen none like this one so far.
