Being charged €1 as soon as a driver accepts the job it's happened a few times and none of the drivers can explain it. Anyone else have this issue
Please bring Hailo back to Dublin, MyTaxi is a joke. Never had any issues with Hailo, brilliant and best app there is. Even taxi drivers themselves are saying to use Hailo as long as possible because MyTaxi is terrible to use...unfortunately, the transfer has happened and it's no longer possible to use Hailo anymore. Please come back to Dublin!
Never seems to work when you need it, always claims to have 'Massive demand' so you can't even log in.
App saved 70 pounds over hotel car service. Driver was early and could not be more polite.
I tried 6 times to add my card, including using the scan feature, every time it deemed it to be invalid. Joke
While creating the account. I never get the verification code as a sms. Ttied million times. Please fix this.
Overall a great service, made payment easy etc... The main issue I had was I could not find NY destination using the search function for a pre-booked service I just told it somewhere close and that worked fine.
Taxi to Dublin airport. Reliable, professional. Pain free app. No dirty and inconvenient cash anymore! All goes through the app and electronic receipts. It just does it works 😊
Although I live in zone 3 of London, this app tells me there are no taxis available and Hailo is not available in my area. Will be uninstalling straight away!
Drivers in Barcelona trying to rip you off first, like regular taxi drivers. Then, and only then, after you confront them, they would back up and comply to my taxi rules and rates. Not great experience with this app - Uber rules! Too bad Uber is not around in Barcelona.
I started to use the app so I have a taxi outside my apartment as soon as I leave for work travel and I have never waited more than 5 minutes for it to arrive. And they notify you of the drivers name and license number plate and how long it will take to arrive. Great app and service.
Love it. Great for using between business meetings as no cash needed and the receipt goes to my email. So handy and painless!
I hate the My Taxi app it's super buggy and now I can't log in any more. Want the Hailo app back in Dublin!
Pre booked a taxi, it arrived, good journey, not too expensive but more than Uber.
It doesn't work in Barcelona, if it just works in few cities, say it beforehand, and don't waste my time.
Stability wise very good. Always use it for taxi hail. Hopefully, survives the merger it is currently on
Forces me to rate drivers by holding my notifications hostage.

Why does your description say available in Barcelona but then when I download and install it says I am in a city where the app does not work?
Great, Haven't had an issue with the app or service to date.
That was easy booking and fast hire! But I didn't get price estimate as I would expected.
Downloaded app, didn't work, kept saying I didn't have internet connection when I did.
Simple to use, great that it tells you how long your driver will take to arrive to your destination!

The best taxi app bar none. Reliable and genuine black cabs.
Easy to use, pain-free payment and always good to know where the taxi is when waiting for it. However, the estimated fares on Google maps were much lower than the hailo estimates which also were less than the actual fare despite optimal traffic conditions.
