I should have read the reviews.It took two attempts to install; but once it had successfully installed, it wouldn't open at all. It just keeps crashing. I wish I'd selected the refund button instead of attempting reinstall.
Paid $1.49 for this stupid app because the "mobile friendly" site wouldn't allow me to use the try-it-out feature on my phone. Took up more than enough space on my phone and it won't even open. Garbage.
After installing this app which I PAID FOR, it just never wanted to run. Would always say "stopped running" after trying to open it. Please could you fix this error or refund me my money. Absolutely USELESS paying for an app that doesn't work!! Pathetic
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and I'm not able to use this app. I have tried downloading this app several times and each time it closes before it even opens. I'm very disappointed because I love the website, but I want the convenience to be able to do it on my phone, without it FORCING me to download the app. I can't even use the website on my phone now because it keeps redirecting me to the app store. Please fix this.
Its a phone app yes but seen better results in free apps on here. If people want a better result just use their website instead, the results are better and more realistic. I've done some on there that honestly are pretty good and look realistic and i see what they tried to do with the app but it's not the same. The app is limited compared to their site and the tech seems limited in app form. I feel if they can't give the same results as they do from the site then don't make it a non-free app.
Would like my money back, disappointed. Would be much better if there were more hairstyles and if they were not realistic.
This app is absolutely crap. Wouldn't load first few times I tried and once it did it was poor & slow! Theres limited amount of hairstyles all of which are pretty much the same regardless. Rubbish.
Doesn't open at all even turned off my Wi-Fi to make it work but it's just a piece of crap
This app took my money and doesn't work. I just get a message that this app is not working and it closes. I will be chasing a refund.
So I tried this again for my daughters slumber party. Thought it would be fun for the kids. But it still will not open. Just says there is a problem and closes. You would think they would of fixed it by now.
Preprogrammed colors and not very many of them. Not many cuts to choose from either. They can keep the $1.49 and use it to improve their app.
Installed and didn't work uninstalled and tried again still does not load and double charged me.

I gave this a rating of 1 simply because 0 wasn't an option. This is a scam. It takes your money and then the app does not work at all. Money scam all the way.

Works well I love this app. I use it everytime before I get my hair cut. I dont have a problem with the app. I like the option to see what I can look like before I actually get it cut.

Do NOT waste your money on this app!! The app will not even open or respond. I just purchased the app and cannot even use it. Not really worth the headache to ask for a refund as it was only $1.49. If I could have given zero stars, I would have!! DO NOT BUY!!!
After purchasing it the app keeps telling me it has stopped working. Never even used it
Some selection was not very good as it was a styled head rather than a cut but it did help me visualise what I would look like in a different hairstyle. As a consequence I had chopped about 12 inches off and after nearly 30 years changed my style. With very good feedback from others.
