You do one quiz of what shampoo you should get and that's it also it asks what hair colour you have but doesn't have dyed hair options and you cant select multiple colours. It's the type of app you download and delete 10 minutes later
App does not open and when it does it is just a blank page

I can't open it .
Client diagnosis works until you get to the results then always shuts down, would be a really handy tool to use for my clients but can't if it's not going to diagnose them at the end. Wella have a really good system for this and think it would be really good for schwarzkopf to have too if it worked
This is life change appp
Some of the stuff seems to be working but when I click on client or anything to do notes or history it comes up with an error msg asking g me to contact customer services if this continues. I am using the s7 edge and would love it if I could access all features within this app

This app makes it so easy to chose the right product for my hair.
App will not open installed it twice
I have excellent vision, but had to strain to read the very tiny font on a 7" tablet. I even had to use a magnifying glass to make any sense of it.
Always shutting down at the result.

This app is good. But I noticed that the results are completely different from client user to hairdresser user. As a hairdresser, I feel like it's not accurate.
