We’ve added this feature to help you protect yourself. You may misplace your Debit card or simply suspect someone has your information, you can now turn your Debit card off until you need to use it. This is honestly one of the worst apps I've been forced to use. It crashes consistently, logs me out, and forces me to call a hotline whenever the temp password promps don't work no matter how many times I try. It's so bad that I'm considering changing banks.
Its having a hard gime connecting with the database or whatever its saying, for the past three weeks I have not been able to log into my account becuase of error. If you can update the app or do a bug sweep on the app one more time im pretty sure itll be good to go
This app does not work at all. Had an auto downlaod and now can not accrss my account for the last 3days. Reset all info and callesld bank seveeral timea. Tried ro delete app and reinstall amd it will not work only spins. This app is a piece of junk.
Buggy. Server communication error every time I try to do a remote deposit. It's almost as bad as their Customer Service...
Started out as hallco credit union. Lovwd the ataff and the membrship. Now that its my georgia its rediculous. All i can say is rwad the dinw print. I wndwd up oqing $42 over spotify automatically being charged 3 minutes before it was supposed to.
Can't deposit check after upgrade my cell. I m thinking change to reg bank.
updates and now i cant get into it no way to get user name when you forget it

This is the best credit union I've ever used. They not only are polite and professional,they know some great ways to save you money. They helped me boost my credit score and lower my debt at the same time. Not to mention I actually have some savings now. If you need guidance on how to start saving money, start here. -Lolly
Recent revamp corrected many issues! Fantastic app!
I can't look at two accounts at the same time. Also does not deduct your bills you pay though the paybills option from your summary. Well give one star for each fix.
I hate this banking app. It might have been something useful 10 years ago, but now it seems completely out of date. I use 2 other banking apps for other accounts at other banks without ANY issues. I can NEVER get the remote check deposit to take a clear enough picture on this app. Ever. So I totally love how I have to load up the kids to drive across the county to make a deposit. 😕 I dislike how I cannot search for specific transactions like I can in the other banking apps. Update needed.
