Halligan

App hasn't worked since March. Whoever owns Vector needs to get it together and have Target Solutions, Vector Check it, and Halligan all working together. The fact that there are 3 different services for the same thing from one company is very telling as to why this app won't work. If they can't get 3 programs that all do the same thing streamlined into one product, how do you expect them to keep up with all the problems of 3 separate but similar apps. I'm not sure why we still pay for this...

Seems to not be working for android users. All I get is the load screen, I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with the same result. Co-workers have iPhone and works great for them.

The app has just quit working. After multiple times of Uninstaling and re-installing, the app still doesn't work. Please fix ASAP. We use this app daily for our checks and I can't even do my job. If I could rate it -5 I would at this point

I have to use this app. Takes weeks to open with unending resetting of passwords. Not to mention Uninstalling and reinstall monthly. Ever since it changed ot vector.

i have to uninstall it and reinstall every time i need to use it. 3/2022 Update if I could give this app les than one star I would. Buyer be ware. It's sad that a multi million dollar company rips off fire departments. Paper check offs are more efficient. This app is the Ford Pinto of fire apparatus check offs.

slow load time or won't load at all. The software is decent, maybe a 3 star away from the app.

App is down again. Our whole department cannot log in for going on 2 weeks now. We can only complete checks via browser. Wish our department would get rid of this rediculous program.

Quit working. Hasn't worked in over a month now. Tried re-installing several times. Still doesn't work.

Is there a planned fix for this app? It's been over a month with it no longer working on Android devices.

Works great! When it works that is. Seems like lately, everytime I try to open it, I am greeted by a blank dark screen. This is on a Samsung Galaxy S20. Currently in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling, the usual only fix.

While this app shows promise there are so many bugs that it doesn't make it worthwhile. Infinite loading pages and unsaved inventories are just some of the problems that you'll run into.

app is super buggy. You should be able to select all items that are within a sealed toolbox after you confirm the seal is the same. constantly crashes.

Great app, except it will never submit checks unless you go on a computer and submit from there. Takes the best feature out of it. Some iPhones will submit checks but definitely not android.

Horrible app. Incredibly slow load times and crashes at least once a week. Do not use this app.

App doesn't function as advertised with Emergency Reporting integration; nothing appears to work after authentication, and the ticket view is full of error messages.

I have to click send, submit, okay and acknowledge just for one action. "Saves time" by being ridiculously redundant.

Love the new integration with emergency reporting. Works exceptionally well for what we need to.
