The last update is unable to do "follow". I click the button follow on a person's page but the reaction of the app is only a colorful circle for a long period, than it stops thinking and displays that you are subscribed without increasing the numbers of people subscribed to this person. So if I open the person's page again there is an active blue button "follow" and not a gray "following". Another bug-messages are not delivered. Lastly, my days strike reseted to zero,but I have 4 days in reality
Actually,I would like to give 5 stars for this application but I'm giving only 1 star,cause of,recently i have updated this application, with that I got limitations in instamatch which I have been liking this feature since the time I installed this application. The demand has been increasing for this application,cause of that they are keeping limitations and subscription options I think !! If the process will continuing like this means the aspirations will definitely gonna decrease !!!
I've been using the app for almost 2 years now and it's been really helpful for improving my English. However, I need to point out that after the last update, the app drains the battery pretty quickly and it's caused my phone to overheat several times. This never happened before. Hope your team can fix it soon.
Whenever I make 1 on 1 call it gets disconnected in a few minutes due to ads and it is really disgusting. And in AI proficiency test the audio section does not work and my voice didn't go. Please fix it especially the call one.
I've purchased premium trial and cannot to use advanced filters in the 1-1 conversations, due to bug. Now maybe it was fixed, but I'm not sure if I will not lose my money.
it's a great application for those people who want to get fluency in English. Great platform to learn and show your skills and learn new skills. The thing which I sometimes don't like is it takes much time to connect to other person. Apart from this it is best application.
It's Very very useless upgraded version. It's draining data , battery , hitting phone. I have compelled to uninstall this application. From last three months it's been awful experience over there.
The big problem with this app is when i am not even doing video conversion just using voice its keeps my phones camera turned on. i don't know why. it feels unsafe and sketchy. And also because it keeps camera turned on phone become toooo hot and battery dies 5x faster. Please fix it
My experience about the application is quite interesting as you get to talk to new people and learn about their lives, culture and other interesting things. It is one of the best applications for IELTS preparation but I use it for improving my communication skills and my fluency. But only thing that I want to suggest and should be there in the Instamatch that there should be an option of putting the call on speaker because you cannot hold the phone over your ear.
Dear hello team !: It is hard to follow new friends and teachers. There is some error or connection problems with people around the world and again i have some grueling acts to answer friends and chatting with them!!! Hello is a perfect application without issue like these. I hope you will resolve them and keep developing hello app. Thank you all🤓🤓☹️
Team Hallo why are you changed the level names it's very irritating me bcz am on superior level but this time it shows C2 what is this it's not fair i suddenly drop superior to C2 people's Are very frustrated plz we don't want any change in levels because we are here for learning that's why i downloading the application but now it's time for uninstalled because you suddenly changed level names that's the reason for uninstall this application.
I like the application and all its features..but I am getting issue with instamatch ,as it was showing my day limit is over since last three days when I try to connect anyone..so requesting devloper to confirm do they provide one time limit and after that you need to purchase subscription? Or one can connect second day after limit is over?
I facing problem Need to more research and development . Version 2.53.0 Just After the matching chat box going on But we need to talk have to improve communication skill. We can chat after conversation. Older version Just after matching we are able to talk with any chat box . It must be give priority of talking then after chatting. Some time voice is goes mute from both side.
At first it was so good, but after one week i couldn't talk to any one whether its live stream or insta match. I can hear or watch the recorded sessions but can't do the same in live. The most frustrating thing is that you cant complain or get solutions to your problem as there no customer care service
Excellent app but the only issue with this app is they are responding to the bug that we reported like from my side i am not able to sent photos in chats and i reported this more than 1 times but are not doing anything related to this....!!! Else its a great app for english speaking practice
Worst experience in instamatch. It's take a long time still I couldn't connect with anyone. Hopefully this will be the solution in the next update.
The concept is good but the call quality keeps getting dropped. At first I thought it was my internet but other apps are working fine. If it's an issue please look into it.
This is the worst service app, cause I have been facing voice issue with second hop on n I'm the only one person facing this issue in app i have check all kind of thing everything is ok , I have contact to the team also no any proper reponse, pathetic service who is looking for don't installe this app not good for ser lot off cliches are also in this app worst service 👎🥴🙄even this app not capble off one star also, I'm giving cause I have to put the comment
Hello hallo team, it's been a fantastic experience with your application but now it's getting worse day by day...after updating today i'm not able to talk with anyone just because of i'v used it enough n i'll have to subscribe hallo plus...what is this? I'm going to uninstall this app...n my friends too... Thankyou for ur services🙏
Instamatch is not working on Data while it only works on WiFi. Kindly look into this matter otherwise may be delete it if it doesn't start working.
I've been using hallo since so long , I've been already facing a lot of problems regarding network issues but recently there is something new happend in my account . I was just trying to change my profile picture which was having only my face from cut to shoulder size , but hallo took it as an inappropriate picture and banned me. why did you guys banned my account , now I'm not able log in. Even it is not even any option of sine up. so I can't even make any new acc. worstest service ever .
The new version have good feature but they are not working properly Sometime even we connected to a person on call but the bell continue to ring it's very irritating
Very bad update 😔 This is very bad that we can only hope on 2 people at the one time without premium and now we are unable to conduct our live stream more than 1 hours without premium There is lots of glitches please focus on it rather than removing facilities We want our old version facilities back

This app was good before the latest update.. i don't have unlimited instamatchs If i want then i have to buy hallo subscription ... Now I'm very disappointed and uninstalling this application 👎🏿
The overall experience of this app is just amazing, I have made a complaint(On instagram) about some certain user, I really hope you'll take a look into that. :)
Hallo become kinda of addicted, for how good it's. I really liked the code of conduct and AI that detects the inappropriate word or the other languages that aren't English. This ultimately leads the people to optimize learning English, So far so good! The app my not be perfect but things will change, we understand that!
I'm using this app since last 7 months . In the beginning, it was really good. Btw , this app helps me a lot . Not only for English , It helps to get rid of stage fear, increases my confidence level and everythg . But , from Last month , this app changed, I'm getting lots of ads . And we have to pay for Hallo too . And there are some bugs in this app too . Otherwise, it's a very good platform . Thanks Hallo
