Useless app can't get rewards, doesn't work. This new app isn't user friendly. Now I can't get rewards for eating. I'll have to switch to another restaurant that actually cares about its customers. And rewards you for eating. Instead of making us use an app to make purchases in order to get rewarded. I searched everywhere and couldn't find anyway to add receipts. website didn't help either. Plus they deleted all my points in old app. Haloburger needs to get with the program. Very bad choice HB.
Got into the new app, even brought over my old account only to find all my points gone. I did leave feedback on the app only to get a email from Google a couple days later saying that email wasn't accepting connections. I'd say this one's just broken. Can't recommend.
To make a long story short, I can't log in. The email address I used to make my account has a "+" in it and, like so many other applications, this one thinks that "+" is an invalid character for email addresses.
It takes longer to order when they have to find the customer on the register before taking the order. This slows things up when you have a long line behind you. Belsay Rd store is great in helping you understand but some cashiers get flustered when trying to get it right. Hopefully things will get better as time goes by.
Idk why you guys changed to a whole new app.. the last one was legit. I honestly dont understand why we have to do these online purchasing/adding money with a card/to my card. Whatever the hell it is. Your other app was nice, any age friendly and straight to the point. AND you got a free QP with your FIRST points. This new one requires 500 points AFTER you add money to the account and purchase through the app. (I think, idk your new app is confusing and completely unneeded for your customers)
One has many issues setting up this new account that they make you switch to. Then, if you're lucky enough to get logged in, you don't have any rewards! Thanks for the less than 24 hour notice of discontinuing my rewards points.
Lost all my points and can't add my recent purchase for the points. This app is terrible why switch the other app was fine. Somebody needs to be fired! A change like this will be felt in their profits. Unhappy customers is a real good way to stay in business. Fix it or give us back the one that worked that had my points. I feel ripped off. I having the same issue as few reviewers. I tried logging into my account. I received a message password server error. I tried resetting my password it said my account doesn't exist. I even get a message trying to set up account this email already exist. I received an email for Megan Ahejew CTA Community Relations Manager. She said this was the third email that she received about this problem. She will contact Paytronix to find out if there an error. She will get back with me asap.
I can't log in, tell me wrong password and to reset it comes up password reset app error over and over again.
Using the app to check in at each location and get stars uploaded instantly is a huge improvement!
When I tried to log in, it said my password was wrong. When I tried to reset my password, it gave me an error message.
I lost over 3000 points from the old app. This is really disappointing. Is there anyway to get the back even??

Horrible try entering birth date lol this is the worst possible way to enter a date unless you're between 10 an 15 years old.

The old app worked much better. this is junk. I go to create an account (and it asks for your birthday but you can't manually enter, you have to scroll each month individually through YEARS to get to your birth date). It says i already have an account with that email. Try to log in, no luck. Click "forgot password" but it just gives me an error so I can't log in. The old app never gave my problems. It was user friendly and simple. Now I can't get rewards!
