This app works for me. I find it easy to use and have a rapid reply from my Doctors. It makes booking an appointment so much easier than being in a cue on the phone. Also I am able to see the availability of my Doctor and other services instantly. Making my decisions easy to diary.
I made an appointment, it sat in limbo unconfirmed for almost a full day. Then it came back rejected; the worst part is that it didn't even notify me. This happened 3 times. I rang the medical centre and the receptionist explained that happens when someone else booked that exact same appointment just a second before. And that I should, "keep trying." So I've kept trying. This "exact same" thing has happened now over a dozen times and I, still, haven't, successfully, made an appointment!
Unbeatable app in terms of simplicity, convenience and ease of use. Have been using it for a while, and knowing I don't have to wait in line for doctor appointments or registration is such a bonus. Saves me time, but also saves medical staff time, registering your attendance
Went today feeling nervous as had to attend an appointment for a commercial medical, for a franchise I have just brought. Was greeted at reception by Dee who not only welcomed me with a beautiful smile, but straight away I felt relaxed and knew I was in good hands. I was then taken into a room with Donna where she explained everything thoroughly. Both ladies are in the right profession. Both have empathy for the patients as well as being professional at all times. Thankyou amazing ladies.
Usually easy to use, however app is not working at the moment. When booking it does not confirm the appointment. I call the clinic and they have said that a lot of clients are having problems with the same issue and appointments are not booking through the app. Clinic has contacted IT and IT says nothing wrong yet appointments are still not booking. This has been going on for a week. I now have to spend over 30 minutes on the phone to the clinic just to book an appointment. Please fix asap!
The app itself is great. However the clinic just seems to slot you in with the walk in patients. Not sure there is much point in booking. Not much reduction in waiting time so far. Will keep trying for a while though.
The app itself is easy to use and convenient. The problem is going to the medical practice only to have to wait 30mins or more (sometime an hour, even more) from the time your booking has been confirmed on the app.
Brilliant. It is convenient. Appointments are confirmed so I don't have to wonder if my appointment is valid. Many Doctors to choose from, although my husband and I usually only see the same doctor for each visit. Professional. I can choose a short or long appointment, which doesn't interfere with the medical practice's schedule. Again, brilliant. Thank you for this opportunity.
Soooo frustrating, super disappointed with this app! Very unfriendly! Booked 2x thru this app but did not went through. Extremely needed to see one of their doctor and ended up without the booked appointed and which I have waited for a 2 weeks to see the gp. Will not recommend this app at all!!!! I better call straight to the clinic.
Excellent app. If your favourite Dr isn't free, it's great to be able to see the other contenders. It would be nice to sort on first available and on provider name, within favourites and also contenders. Good job!
It is so much easier than making a phone call also it is so easy to have all the doctors on the list because you can get to know your GP and also makes it so much easier to book if you don't remember the name of your doctor. This app is excellent because it helps you to plan your week better he is so good to know exactly when your appointment is that way you don't have to go to the waiting room for too long I totally believe in this app I use it all the time
App is ok but adding appointment to calendar is obviously and IOS feature that hasn't been coded for Android. Shame. The UX is basic , No way it seems to find next available appointment per facility have to browse through lots of GPs who aren't available. 🤷♂️
Good app but doesn't recognise we are regular patients at the clinic. Keeps advising to arrive early to fill in paper work. No big issue really. Just a bit confusing first time it happened.
An excellent app that actually works and is easy to use. However appointments made over the counter or by telephone cannot be seen or accessed in this app!
Excellent app, always works perfectly. Extremely accurate and fast. Saves time on the phone with the surgery and available after hours. A must have!
Called my medical centre, they told me I had to make a telehealth booming via this app. I made my requested time, at least 5 hours after I called them, still well within business hours. I was told by the all they needed to accept the booking. I got a notification 20 mins after the requested time that my booking had been denied. Not cancelled...denied.... Amazing.
Professional, efficient, patient friendly... easy to navigate, a confirmation email is sent...good app... simple steps make life easy, especially during ongoing Covid Lockdown...thank you.
The App is very easy to navigate through, once you've gone through the process of registering yourself with the respective medical practice. Since Eureka Medical have switched to using the HaloGP app seeing my GP is so much easier! I registered at reception this morning, took my coat off, sat down... and instantly my GP called my name! In and out of the surgery in less than 15 minutes.
I find it quite easy to use this App. It saves me time by not waiting on hold for lengthy times and you're sent a confirmation email and or SMS.
Trying to book an appointment for the Covid Vaccine and the app is really hard to follow. For example, I am able to book an appointment with a Dr.. No problems with that. I cant however find the facility to just book for a vaccination. Am I just using up a G.P.'s valuable time by making an appointment that may not be necessary. Regards
The app is good but when you upgrade your phone you can't log in to your account using your mobile number which is BS, you have to log in using your email address, why???
I have found this app excellent, so much quicker and easier that phoning the medical centre a8nd, with added the ability to select the appointment time that best suits you.
Excellent app. So easy to use, with emails sent to confirm booking & reminder emails as well, so you never forget an appointment.
I can't book a health check which I have 6months . I get a reminder but can't go on line to book in . No option for a nurse app.
I'm NOT a first time patient. I have been loyally coming here for 20 years. As such I don't have paperwork to fill out. This error was made last time I recently booked with the Halo App and I would have expected you would have corrected this glitch by now. Perhaps you just don't care!!!
Pretty good for making appointments. Useless if you want to check on your appointment or if you want to cancel an appointment or reschedule it.
States misinformed information, as in not as upto date as the product could be - advertised a certain gp didn't take telehealth calls, yet when I called the office to make an appt, their receptionist informed me that he did in fact take them. So I wasted away mentally for 4+ months bereft of assistance because the misdirection of the app (+ Covid has hampered things even further into the ground in my country)
Good. It is a good idea if you could make a tutorial video( ex. on YouTube ) in several languages so non-English speakers also can use it.
It was an exceptionally excellent experience. Very easy to follow the booking sequence and return notification was prompt.
Fairly bad app probably written by a teenager without knowledge of how to make things user friendly. For instance there's a help button which can't be moved and covers the lower right of the screen, right over an appointment time that was listed. If you try to book an appt and need to change it, the app drops you right back to the very start of the appt creation function, so you have to answer all the questions again, not just dropping you back a level. The developer should USE the app more!!
