Outdated, very limited use. Would be better if it had account login and ordering ability. As of now it just lists products. Not sure how this is more convenient or helpful than a browser.
just letting folks know, i installed this app & got error messages essentially saying that this app was built for an older version of android and may not work right. tried km open it & it said basically that it couldn't open, uninstalled it.
The app needs an update, I get an error message saying that it needs an older version of android to run.
Last update in 2012 ???? This app is pretty much useless. If you want us to use an app then make it useful. We are almost in 2020 so 2012 in computer time is "ancient history".
It works but it's bare bones and extremely clunky. Also inexplicably locks up and needs to be reinstalled.
lame. Doesn't show you a product menu like antennas, radios, ect. to just browse. Don't look like you can buy anything either.
CRRAAP. The behavior of this app after install and even restart of my devices is below par. Works as described by other low star rated reviewers. It's no wonder, check the release and update dates! You're better off using the HRO website, just keep that browser current and computer secure. As with other sites too.
One of those "apps" from early 2010s when every business thought they needed one. No update since 2012 or 2015 (not clear). Nearly unusable.
This app hasn't been updated in 8 years and it shows. This thing keeps freezing up in my S8. ☹
Application is out of date, does not even work on modern Android versions.
This app stopped working on my phone when I received the November update to Android 10. It crashes when launched.
Useless when it reports the app is for an older version of Android!

The app won't even open! Major disappointment coming from the country's largest ham radio retailer.
I was supper happy when I saw a ham seller had an app, unfortunately HRO completely abandoned this app. It hasn't been updated in almost 10 years :( -KC3DLL
The app is less functional than browsing to the website. Almost useless

Elementary & annoying. Arg. I love HRO, I'm playing with my IC-7300 from HRO today, & I have an antenna in my HRO shopping cart! Really! HRO, you are big league & highly respected! Get a website going that reflects that. You can do it inexpensively, & "without being locked into anyone". There are great/cheap web Dev. packages, that are easily updated by your office assistant, or a part time student. Contact me for a bit of advice, KG5MHH. I'm not selling anything & I want nothing. Really!

Nothing but error codes fisplay
Last time the app updated was in April 2012. Now it doesn't work at all. I just tried to open the app today April 19, 2020 and absolutely nothing. It says error and something else and ok and you hit ok and a black blank screen. So I guess I will delete the app and forget about it.
