Ham Radio Tools

Calculating the effective radiated power for a ham radio station can be difficult. This app can help! Enter a few pieces of information regarding your station setup and Ham Radio Tools can tell you your ERP and let you know if you are required by the FCC to do an RF evaluation.
Ham Radio Tools also includes calculators for antenna length, Ohm's law, resonant frequency, and grid square. The grid square calculator can convert an entered lat/long to grid square, or can use your GPS to find your current location and grid square.

UI looks ok. There is still UI improvement to be done before I can say it is worth 5 stars, but it is better looking than most amateur radio apps. Good job. And the ads do not get in the way like they do in a little of bad apps. The equations are few and simple so maybe add some more in the future.

Antenna caculator - dipole - half wave, full length or one leg - does not specify. Vertical -quarter wave, half wave, 5 eights - does not specify. No radial info. Not enough info on antennas to be useful. Besides other shortcomings.

Helps me a lot when building antennas. I am a jam radio operator and this app eliminates a lot of math work. Like out a lot.

I have used this handy app many time. I would recommend to everyone, and DO! Spend the $1 and go ad free.

I needed an LC calculator and this made it so that I didn't have to use a spreadsheet.

Tried using the erp calculator with my qrpp setup, to find I can't enter values less than 1 watt. Antenna calculator only does dipoles. Has potential but nothing you can't already work out with a simple calculator.
