The Hamilton Island App is available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. The app will automatically download in the phones default language. To use in a different language, you will need to change the default language on the phone.
Connectivity:
This App requires a connection to either a Wi-Fi or cellular data network in order access the most up-to-date information. Some free Wi-Fi hotspots are located across the island for guests staying at any Hotel operated by HIE.
There are generally good cellular phone signals accessible from Telstra, Optus and Vodafone networks across the island, although guests should note that there are some isolated locations on the island that may have weak, or no cellular signal.

If you are thinking about visiting Hamilton Island then download this. If you are here it's mandatory! Easy to use and just plain old useful! It's accurate and current free which means it's infinite value for money 😉
No response from the HI emails or phone numbers, waited over 2 weeks for email replies after HI had taken my money. They don't answer their phones or call back
Never use this app to order food. It charges your card but then pops up a message telling you it has failed and you need to sort it out with the shop. Whom then tell you they have no access to payment details and therefore they can neither deliver the food or give you a refund!
Great app to have everything at your fingertips to help plan out your holiday, from eating out to opening times of the IGA to shuttle bus times and stops to help make getting around the island easier. I love this app almost as much as I love Hammo!
A convenient way to get all of your important info from one place. Get it way before you go and start booking restaurants as they fill up quickly.
Totally recommend this app if you're going to Hamilton Island! Super handy, easy to use, takes the fuss out of organising your lazy days or fun afternoons/evenings
Can't reset password if it ever sends me an email it is aleady too late have to create a new account to use it.. Search inflexible hard to find my address in delivery so had to do pick up
No on line booking form...need to old skool phone book.

The team that ran the water sports down on catseye were amazing. They were very well knowledged. And incredibly helpful with lessons for all the Watercraft. I think they are definitely one of the highlights of a Hamilton Island experience
