Been using for awhile. Getting better. Hope the mobile deposit will actually work with Android OPS now. Will see. Like the ability to see written check images now. Good move. Continue to make improvements and upgrade and will be great. Customer Service has been ok for most part. Didn't help much with mobile banking issue I had. Now I know why. It didn't work with android.
Was great. Update stinks, camera will not focus.
Was 5 star and went to one. Looks like CRAP... visually looks like it's broke then you realize someone just completely mucked it up...
Since my phone updated, I can't access the app. I just get an error msg.

This app is very helpful for viewing your account information and even for transferring from one account to another in seconds. I would request it to anyone.
Never can get into my account. Not even with tech support. Junk.
Will not let me log in
I would like for someone to explain to me why this app needs access to my phone's camera and microphone. What the app's TOS requires access to is far more intrusive than a banking app needs to be. I don't know if I'll keep it or not. I may go back to just using my phone's browser to access my account.
No long works in Lollipop. Not huge as I still have an old phone with Cyanogenmod CM11 4.4.4 on it but that means I can't use this app while out and about since it doesn't have a SIM in it.
After the upgrade this app doesn't work.
It does what I need it to do.
Tried to remove and reinstall. Just says an error occurred when I put in my username.
I can't see anything on here after I sign the words are not popping up or anything
This is a good start, however they are still a little behind. I would like to be able to take a picture of a check and deposit it as well.
I downloaded immediately upon availability and it has enhanced my checking experience since. Could use more features but a good start!
Works well, but the login page needs to be scrollable. The keyboard covers the login button during input.
I hate this new version it will not let me log in it won't even let me attempt to login what was the point of updating it if I can't even get on my bank account
Since app upgrade. 3 people tried to help me. Last one, thought it was fixed...lasted about 24 hours . Pease fix it or put it back. My password got changed, then new passwords over. This site is a life saver for me and physical disability. TAKE A BETTER LOOK AT IT. THANKS.
I cant ever log in. Always an issue. This app needs to be fixed. Not more convenient. More of a hassle!
It keeps messing up will barely let me into my account I can put the right password in and it still will not let me in my account it needs to be fixed had called text support and I don't do nothing and maybe let it work one day that messes up again
