Hamilton — The Official App

I won lottery tickets, and tried to claim them for 2 hours. I kept getting No such token error message. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I contacted the email and nothing. But at 2pm it was very quick to tell me i missed out on the tickets. I didn't miss out the app obviously had some sort of issues. I have been trying for months to only win and the app not work. Thanks alot

I liked the app and used it to enter the lottery for months. I finally won a ticket to a show today and was thrilled. But I tried for an hour and a half to add a payment method to claim and buy my ticket. I received an error message each time. I tried 4 different credit cards and all got the same error. I contacted the help service but I got nothing but the automatic reply. There's no other way to reach out about ticket problems. Reinstalling the app and power cycling didn't help either. Sad.

I won tickets and the app wouldn't allow me to purchase them. Keep telling me token not found. Really pissed me off, tried for 1.5 hours until time ran out.

I love this app and I've been using it for over a year. I'm loving the recent updates, especially the Treasury, but the app is glitchy sometimes. It doesn't always credit the points for sharing a HamCam pic and I haven't been able to get any points from the Karaoke feature. I'm able to sing along but at the end the save button doesn't do anything. My mom has an older LG G6 with the app as well and that one doesn't always credit the points for lottery entries.

Can't play the trivia. The countdown timer goes from 30 to 0 in about 1.5 seconds. Barley have time to even click a random answer, much less read the question. I don't see any updates available. Using an Essential PH1 phone. UPDATE:. reinstall did not help. yes, on every question, can see it count down from 30 to 0 in less than 2 seconds. no updates available. not sure what other details i can provide. i replied to the email from you last week, but never heard anymore back concerning this issue.

I won tickets and then wasn't able to redeem them. Kept getting a token error and no response from 'customer support'

I won the lottery but keep receiving a token error on my phone. Downloaded and logged in on roomates iPhone and same error.

I love this app it's very good you can share stickers and do trivia questions and do karaoke

I won the lottery! I love that they send push notifications for when the daily lottery opens so you never miss your chance. I had the easiest experience from winning within months, to buying my tickets through the app, and then picking up my tickets at the box office. They had my name ready to go. I would have never been able to afford full price tickets. The show was amazing but that doesn't even need to be said. OF COURSE it was amazing, it's HAMILTON! Don't miss your shot!

I updated to the new version after it stopped opening and the trivia quiz now counts down in about 3 seconds. I don't even have time to read the question before it tells me I'm wrong. Still great app and I can't wait to win the lottery, but can't enjoy the game any more, and couldn't find a way to contact someone through the app. :(

It's a really good app, lots of really fun features, I've been entering the Lottery for two years without winning, but the rest of the app is really fun, the only complaint I have is for some reason the trivia is messed up and literally only gives me 5 seconds to read and answer each question?

recent error messages love the app but last day I keep getting 'cannot connect to hamilton servers '. thought it was my internet but all other apps and search seems fine. tried to uninstall and reinstall but cant get it to work. (sigh). will try and enter lottery on website and hope for the best!

I enter the lottery every day, usually on my way home from work, where it connects with no problem over my mobile data. But the app will not connect via my home WiFi - which is through Sky (UK company). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and data but nothing I do will make it connect on my home WiFi. Note: It will connect if I piggyback on my next-door neighbour's WiFi (through a different ISP), but if I try and connect using Sky WiFi I get the screen saying there's no connection. What's with that? P.S. I won a few weeks ago for the London show, but still I want to try my luck again!

Sometimes just stops notifying me about the lottery until I remember to disable and re-enable notifications. Considering the only reason I use the app is for the lottery and how simple that functionality should be, that's kind of a deal-breaker.

Great app for any Hamilton fan. I use the stickers daily and love looking at the news. Karaoke works great and the store is a lot of fun. They did not throw away their shot on this app! The one thing that's a bummer is that a shirt that I really like it sold out so hopefully it becomes avaible again because i will totally buy it. All in all, great app for Hamiltrash!

Used to be able to enter the app but now I can't! I keeps giving an error app stopped message as soon as I click on the app! PLEASE FIX Asus ZenFone 2. Other than that great features. More and longer karaoke songs please. I love the photo frames too! #hamfam

Does NOT NOTIFY Lottery Winners!!! I am really, really upset that I specifically downloaded this app only for the lottery and it didn't notify me! Zero. All day long, even opening the app. It was not until the nightime when a message appeared within the app that told me only that I didn't purchase the tickets in the time frame. I was never told. I know what the Hamilton notifications look like and nothing came up. I am blaming this app because there are other recent 😡 reviews that mention this.

After uninstalling and reinstalling, it worked for a day and then crashed immediately again. Following the latest update, it has crashed immediately once but otherwise seems to be working except it has been erratic with notifications.

Wont open properly since last update. All i get is a revolving circle. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still there is no improvement. I live in SF. My daughter & I have really wanted to see the show but haven't been able to win or afford tickets. Her birthday is March 4th so we are really hoping to get some of the March 3rd tickets. Please help! The problem seems to be that it doesnt work when I'm on wifi. Its fine when on regular cell service.

I love the app (and the show) but I wish I can access more on the app without having to pay. They could use a variety of songs and different games to give us points because at this rate I'm going to never get a copy of the Reynolds pamphlet 😂

Not working!! For a little over a week, the app will not load. It just repeatedly spins as if its trying to find a signal to load.

Doesn't load/start since last update but was working fine on my P30 Pro before the April 28th update. Update. OK so I am impressed by the developer getting back to me very quickly and updated app again (all done in less than 30 minutes of submitting first review) and it works fine. Good job.

Great app with lots of information... But the lottery openings notifications don't happen until I open the app. I get notifications when I don't make it, but not when a lottery is available. Please fix, thanks!!!

I have won lottery tickets in the past, love the trivia

Won the lottery to go see Hamilton on Broadway with this app. The tickets were second row. For that reason alone I would give this app a five-star rating, though the articles and other features were interesting as well.

Hamilton is already a spectacular musical just by itself and this app adds to its uniqueness. I always enjoy the news and the little trivia game it has every day. I highly recommend getting this game, it won't disappoint.
