In my opinion I don't think it deserves such a low rating, the game is repetitive, but from what I've seen the developers do seem to be updating the game. there is also a slight problems with ads, but it's not too bad. I do think they should add more ways to upgrade you tool of destruction and instead of the tool changing on it's own there should be a different way of upgrading where you choose with one. also should add upgrades that make the tool do more damage when your not tapping
Like the other guy said. It only has one upgrade available and when you do upgrade it is slows down, it gets slower with every one of the cheaper upgrades of the hammer as well and more difficult to get the hammer to go anywhere, it will just go around everywhere but where you want it to. Super laggy and the ads are very annoying I would not recommend it you will spend most of your time that you play this getting annoyed.
I was playing the game and the game play is so easy litterally ANYONE can do it. In addition there are way too many adds in it and you cant even get 5 feet (metaphorically) without having an add shoved in your face. In addition instead of forcing people to watch the adds that "x4 profits" after they pass one of those markers, give them the choice to say no thanks. It does have a button for it but guess what? You get forced to watch the add anyways.
By itself, a terrible game. The controls are wonky and the upgrade system is worthless. There's only one upgrade to choose and it's entirely useless because the game slows down so much the upgrade just brings it back to normal speed. The physics is awful and the graphics don't fit together. But worst of all are the ads. You're frequently given the option to choose between watching an ad for a reward or continuing the game. If you choose continue, you STILL are forced to watch an ad! Don't play.
Hammer Jump is a game about a hammer, or whatever skin you're using, breaking blocks and valuables by hitting it. Neat concept, right? But the execution... oh boy. Controls are quite weird, the hammer flings itself to wherever you aim it at. Nothing more nothing less, IMO the controls could be improved a bit. But now the real part: at some point the game will become unplayable, since the blocks just disappear and you're left with an infinitely falling hammer. Please fix this bug.
This game has a lot of potential in it, I think a little extra work to this could be an excellent idle game or you can go online and challenge other people, like a race. The potential to this game is a far range of things to happen but as it stands right now it's not hard nor easy, I'd recommend that you add in some sort of music by NCS and change the sound of your Hammer whenever you click because Sound by itself is kind of annoying, 3 / 5 Stars.
A basic, ad ridden mess. At it's core, it has promise to be a decent game, but with the amount of ads, it's just unenjoyable. Collect a treasure? You can select to watch an ad for 4x money, or just collect the money. What's that? You still have to watch an ad AND you don't get extra money? Yikes. Beat a stage and the same thing happens. Just don't bother with this game because the developers are clearly just greedy pump and dump devs.
"Contains Ads" is an understatement. You get an add for everything that happens. I played for about 10 minutes and I watched 7 minutes of ads. Honestly, the game could be a fun time waster, as it's impossible to lose and is just mindless downward progress, but the ads make this unplayable.
Before I start, if I could rate this 4.5 stars, I would. The sounds. Very annoying, but turned off ON DEFAULT. THANK YOU. The game is fun, if you like incremental games where you do the work with no idle behind, its for you. Everyone complains about ads, but its 2019, you deal. Besides, if you hit claim, you get to skip, you hit claim 4x, you cant skip. Difference not much notice. Overall good game, would recommend to a friend.
this is an okay game for what it has at the moment, my biggest pet peeve with it which lowers my rating of it so much is that there is no way to turn off the vibration effect. if it was an optional effect to have that would make this so much more enjoyable and also reduce performance issues since you wouldnt have to destroy your phone to power dig and the phone wouldnt have to try and keep up with all the signals that the game sends to make it buzz/vibrate.
Main complaint I see thrown around is that the game is repetitive. If you play for hours on end I see where your coming from but this is a great game if your bored at work of have a little down time. My biggest concern is that the vibration everytime you hit a block drains battery quickly. Maybe put in an option to turn the vibrations off, otherwise great game.
The only upgrade that you could get did absolutely nothing and whenever you finished a certain milestone it gives you the option to watch an ad for double reward but if you say no thanks it gives you an ad anyway Also later in the game it will make an annoying box appear at the bottom that creates a speech bubble that says "BOOST!" And gets in the way of your vision Also this game has no form of progression it's just the same thing over and over and everything you break gives you one dollar
You finally get that upgrade you worked for to then still feel like you're going the same speed you did when you very first started. And anytime you are granted a reward, an ad continues to play. It's a game made to have people keep watching ads and give revenue to the game. It gets old real quick. Do not recommend.
I normally dont mind an ad if it asks me if I want to watch one, but when I click on "no thanks" that means dont show me an ad. This app forces you to watch an ad every single time you finish a level, or you dig up treasure. It gets annoying real quick. Uninstalling.
Ad farm game, it is designed well and is mildly interesting. But the ad rewards obsolete your efforts in game. And even when you choose not to see an ad for the reward. They force one in what is probably one of the most unethical displays of game creation I've seen. So, in short this company should be blacklisted and thrown in the trash. Don't support garbage.
Shameless cash grab. Subpar gameplay, forced ads every minute, optional ad every 30 seconds, and sometimes when you decline an optional ad it makes you watch it anyways but obviously still doesn't reward you because you had tried to decline it, behavior which could condition children (the only people who would play this for more that two minutes) to watch all optional ads to make sure they get a reward once they're forced to watch an ad anyways.
For me, the game lives up to expectations. It is something to play on a roadtrip or something to play during a long period of time that needs to be filled. Like most free mobile games, it has ads. I was expecting that when I went to download this game. Games like this feed off of each other to make money. They show ads to other games with the same play type. You play some and then you get an ad. This will inevitably lead back to itself. A tip for all the ads is to play offline.
Game itself is ok, but you cant go 30 seconds without it forcing an unskippable ad on you. It makes it appear a choice giving you two buttons, one is the ad and more money, or just skip and go back to the game, but the skip button makes you watch the ad anyways, you can't skip it, AND YOU DONT EVEN GET THE BONUS MONEY FROM WATCHING THE AD This game is a cash grab ad watching sim
Suggestions: The value if dirt should increase with each progressing level. After each upgrade/new tool, there could be a short one hit every block moment as the red aura fades away. Can there be a lift or smth that can bring you to each level, cuz it's a pain to tap all the way up. Value of treasures should increase, as they're practically useless mid game. This game is addictive & also what happened to my prev review it disappeared
Sure it doesn't have much of a purpose, but still fun and addicting. My only problem is with the video ads. Why give me a choice to double my money if I was the ad, or no bonus if I skip it, if the ad is going to play anyway. Was just annoying and dont feel like that anymore
Played for 40 minutes, I wasted my time. There's no sense of progression, there's a currency, but the only things to spend it on are skins and your "power." At first I thought your power might let you break blocks faster, or let you break harder blocks, it does neither of these. I progressed for 7 levels not upgrading it once and didn't notice an increase of difficulty, and after I bought power levels with my stockpile, it didn't get easier either. No love put into this and it's no fun to play
This game is pretty fun, it doesn't have a point where it's too hard to progress that you have to idle so it's nice to play when you're bored, it could use a few more ores and maybe different upgrades but other than that, I'd say it's about perfect, without any bugs or anything. So if you're looking for a game to waste some time every now and then, download this game, itll keep you occupied.
It was ok for the first minute or two till it started forcing ads whether you chose the add multiplier option or not... very disappointing, gameplay didnt really change apart from different skins and colors for terrain. Would not recommend this app as it seems to only be after the add revenue and not to provide a good use experience.
Now i understand why this app is so lowly rated. The ads are horrendous. I thought people were just exaggerating. Nope. You'll get asked "do you want to watch an ad to get 2x the amount of coins?" Pressed no, got to sent to the ad anyways only its skippable. Maybe make the ads not after every single level? I managed about 5 minutes before i had to uninstall. Great game to just mindlessly play, horrible game to sit through minutes of ads for.
I hate when games ask if you want to watch an ad for a reward, yet make you watch an ad no matter which option you choose. If you select no you're still forced to watch an ad but you don't get a reward for it. I understand that games like this make their money off of ads, but that's ridiculous to have it set up this way. Its annoying and takes away most of the enjoyment to be had from the game.
Great game! Only recommendation is to make some sort of achievement list to unlock new colors for your digger tool, or new themes and colors for the whole game, for example a space theme or a fossil theme. Any objectives with rewards would be a great addition. But otherwise this game is fun and has great potential, keep up the good work! P.S- this game is great without in app purchases, those ruin the game, way to be smart.
The cons heavily overshadow the one pro it has. Obviously a cash grab, not a game someone wanted to make well to be enjoyed. Pro; 1) No microtransactions (I think atleast, I wasn't looking for them but nothing popped up either) Now the cons; 1) Doesn't feel fluid. 2) Doesn't reward any certain type of playing so it just becomes tedious to play. 3) Ads. The game offers extra money for watching ads. But you still have to watch an ad if you say no, you just don't get extra money.
It's a great game for wasting time away if you like clickers, otherwise in my experience of this app which I could not finish due to how dull it gets. The controls are great, I feel like they didn't realize how fast you can spam your "hammer" into the ground though. Graphics are ok, I feel like a lot of the items could have been detailed more, maybe even make it so you can level up certain gear as well? And as for gameplay, it stays interesting for a good hour or 2, game gets slow real fast.
