Love Hammond and their response time to the app, but the app itself seems to cause a battery drain. I usually install it when I need it then uninstall it when I am done.
This app is the best way to communicate problems in the community, and the city has a very quick response in dealing with the issues. Love it!!
everytime I report an issue the city handles it asap! usually the next day. Great job Hammond!
App wont download. Been waiting 20 minutes and nothing. It's useless if it wont even download.

One of the best Ideas a municipal government has ever had.
This application helps get alot of different issues in any neighborhood get fixed alot quicker then before android or iphone applications came along. Issues are fixed within days instead months.
