When it works, it's pretty convenient. But that's the problem. It hardly ever does. I've had this app for years and update sorry update it always randomly crash's, freezes, or outright won't open. It's sad it's been around this long and they can't even get it to function at a basic level. I've give through several different phones and they all have the same issue, so it's definitely an app problem, not a phone problem.
It works well when it works. If you ever must change your password, beware! You must clip the temporary out of your email, then change to the app and login. This takes you to the password change screen. If you shift focus to your password manager and get a new password, you will be logged out when you get back to this app. Can we get some integration with bitwarden, KeePass, or just a bit of common sense?
Not a great app to begin with, but is now literally unusable. "This app does not allow automated click programs" I'm not using one? Just let me check my bank balance please. Fix this so I can do so, I haven't been able to use this app for weeks. *update* has been fixed for some time, but still an awful app.
Awful! I almost always have trouble logging in, the app crashes and displays error messages constantly so to check my balance and transactions I have to call the same bank hotline that I called 20 years ago. So annoying that I want to switch banks! Where is the $6 monthly maintenance fee going? Surely NOT the app!
The app is super easy to navigate. I have been using it over a year now. They have made some updates along the way and they are always working to keep my account and information safe. I definitely recommend this app for all your banking services!

I use this app almost daily. Fingerprint login is easy. Never had a problem with it. Look forward to more options.
