Handball training - HFV

Application 'Handball training sessions from Handball Federation of Vojvodina' is created within the project 'Informational improvement of the work of coaches and athletes in training process', which is modeled on similar projects in the Scandinavian countries. The aim of this project is education of coaches, assistant coaches and players in all age categories and the introduction of a unified system of planning, preparing and implementing training processes in all age categories. The application is divided into five segments based on four age categories + goalkeepers. Within each of the age categories are given complete descriptions of exercises with video clips, which are made for all exercises. The intention of the working group was to facilitate the preparation of the training, but also to start with a unique system of work and the introduction of certain exercises only when young player (male/female) is psychophysically ready for it. The entire content of exercises and video clips was reviewed and approved after preparing by the Expert Committee of the Handball Federation of Vojvodina. The Management Board of the Handball Federation of Vojvodina established a working group headed by former national team player Jelena Eric
- Rakonjac, and associates who also made their contribution: Slobodan Visekruna, Branislav Zeljkovic, Momir Rnic, Dejan Peric, Momir Ilic, Svetlana Ognjenovic, Jova Pavlov, msc Sladjana Grujic, Mr Vladimir Cvijan, Milutin Lucic, Milan Grubanov, Boris Rojevic, Marko Sesum, Marton Fabijan, Vladimir Knezic, Stevica Jevremov, Ivan Mandic, Marko Sekulic, Vladimir Jovandic, Stevan Djurasinovic, Branislav Keselj, Mirko Rodic, Mirko Todorovic, Miroslav Kovac, Miodrag Milovac... Sports hall for the complete realization is provided by HC "Vojvodina". This project is included in a plan of the Handball Association of Vojvodina for 2015 the year, which the proposal of HSF president, Velimir Marjanovic, declared the year of information technologies and innovation in handball.The significance of the project is recognized by team headed by Provincial Secretary for Sports and Youth, Marinka Tepic and the Secretariat co-financed the same. Application started operating on November 24th , 2015.
