- What people people don't have a smartphone or don't want to download an app?Over 90% of your users will show up with an iPhone or Android. We also have an iPad App BidPad (TM). Anyone can bid from BidPad app using a Paddle ID. It's a great solution for those who can't use their smartphone. But, if you have that Windows Phone user or one that shows up with a (sigh) Blackberry and insists on using it..Well they can bid from the Web at handbid.com. Its mobile optimized and works great!
- Can people pay though HandbidYes! We have integrated payments in the app so that at the end of the night, your guests can view and pay their invoice without having to stand in line. Can you accept payments outside of Handbid? Sure (cash, check or your own CC system)
- Do you provide on-site support?Yes we can do that. We have built Handbid to be easy enough to use where you can train and do it yourself, but we certainly do offer onsite experts who can do it all for you or even just provide extra "tech support" the day of your event.

Good concept. Needs a lot of work. It works but the auction times do not mean the auction is over. I understand the concept of extended bidding but app should not allow auction end time to change unless it is as extended bidding. Every time you open app. Have to start over and find auction and items. Push notifications do not tell you anything. Back button does not take you back but close the app. Like the concept but a lot of work needs to be done to get this app up to speed.

A Good app, my only problem was restarting each time I viewed an item
Terrible design. If you follow the directions in the app to add a credit card, the app will close. I uninstalled it and reinstalled with the same problem. Never was able to make it work. Whatever fee you charged Open Hands, Overflowing Heart should be refunded. You cost this charity money today. Poor, poor design with way too many. Extremely disappointed.
If you close out you have to find the log in email each time. I wish the window would stay open.

Useless. App crashes every time I attempt to enter credit card info, and does not recognize credit cards entered via the browser. Tech support is also useless, and who ever heard of registering separately for support? Ridiculous.
I also can't run on my Pixel 4 XL running Android 11. I'm not sure what the developer's response to the other review is about. Android 11 has been available for some time now, and the beta has been available for months to develop against on the emulator, even if they don't own a Pixel device.
Like that you can find an auction that you may have never heard about otherwise. Problem arises in the alerts which fail to link to the auction they're about. There should be a link to the alerts in the message or in the title.
App is terrible. It does not have full functionality. You cannot bid or view what you have bid on. You can only see what you favorited and when you pull up the page, it gives details on what you bid on but does not show WHAT you have bid, allow you to bid or see how many bids there have been. You have to use their website for full functionality.
You need to work on battery management. I haven't ever had a mobile app make my phone drain that fast.
This is the app my charity event said to use to make bids. It will not even allow me to sign up. Very poor app. I am contacting my charity and asking them to add another app before it is over because I am unable to bid a d it appears by the reviews this is an outstanding problem with this app.
Truly the worst app. Constantly having to re-sign up to use, hours between log ins with resubmission of credit card, etc.
Don't understand why I am required to enter credit card information to browse different events. Why have a browse option if required. Uninstalled application.
Installed on Pixel 4XL; once installed attempted to run, application brings up 'HandBid' logo screen but continues to flash between that screen and blank screen and never goes to any registration or user screen.
Can't run on my Pixel 4A. Just flashes and freezes. Used to run great on my old Pixel.
Won't let me log in. Won't function in general. I've had to use the web browser to get this to function at all.
Auction rarely will load and then when it does its beyond slow to the point of useless.
