I want to say thank you for the person that created this app has been very helpful to me I have a very difficult time reading and texting I did graduate but I did not secede and reading very well this has been very helpful to me and my other friends thank you for the time that you have done to make this possible

I have to keep reinstalling this plug in because I can tap a smiley and nothing happens.

The smilies show up in texts but the smilie menue is broken, only displays odd symbols.

Will not allow up date says ERROR 24. Please fix. I'm deleting

Unable to install the update in Samsung Note 2. Getting error as "unknown error code during installation - 24" Please resolve.

I noticed with my new phone that some of the android emoticons disappeared or had changed, so I was glad to see this. Works fine. I do wish it had some new ones (that's why 4 stars), but I'm glad it has the ones I had on my old phone. And I'm glad it works (not sure what some other folks are doing, bcuz it DOES work). :-)

Some other reviewers have pointed this out as well. Just wanted to add to the comments in case someone has the source and will update it.

This is great! I have (most of) my android smileys back after Google, with their lollipop update, got rid of them so that their texting app could be an iPhone clone. *slow clap* @ Google.

This stupid app won't download on my phone I'm so freaking mad I'm a live with that app

The back key no longer closes the program and now there are ads in the messages window.

But I've found a work around. Remove the plugin and reinstall it.

I can use the a Android smileys when I open handcent messenger, but when I try to use Android smileys in the pop up text window, it doesn't let me use them. Only shows the yellow crappy faces & emoticons... What am I doing wrong? Other than that, it's great!

Unknown error code 24, in my note 2, can't install the update. Ok, so I un install it and install it again, now works.

Says unknown error code -24. I can't even text anyone until these updates are installed. And it is all of the updates that came out. Please fix. I love using handscent. I don't want to go back to using the lame program that came with my phone. Thanks!

I installed this to get the android smileys back, and they work except the list doesn't display correctly on my galaxy phone. Just a bunch of random squares and circles. Anyone know how to fix this?

For all those having trouble with the update just uninstall it then reinstall it

Been using Handcent for texts for years, couldn't be happier.

Won't let me update... even after uninstalling and reinstalling nothing... good alternate text app but will uninstall till fixed.

Shouldn't have to uninstall just to be able to do the update
