Tried to reset my password, but when I put in my Login ID the app reports,"You have entered an incorrect password." Are the developers even paying attention here or perform any testing at all?
Simplicity is good, but it is missing a lot. Can't send direct messages or online chat with Customer Support. Text notifications no longer allows a daily account number. Transfers to other banks are hard to find. VM notifications of issues are in Korean and cannot stop that no matter how many times I ask. On the plus side, mobile deposit is excellent and customer service in the bank is topnot h.
It was difficult to log in for the 1st time. Had to go to the branch n have them do it. Plus navigating the site was not user friendly. Bank of Americas' site is far easier in every way but not the worst.
Be careful with Mobile deposit! Even if they reject the mobile deposit, you will never know about it until you search it for yourself... not a single notification! Had to call a branch to find out why it was even rejected.
Previously it was easy to use, but not anymore. Other banks can also make mobile deposits for scanned checks. Much improvement is needed.
Nowhere near as good as Bank of America, and other regional banks. Does not send you email to confirm deposit received. Does not send you email to inform you deposit was rejected nor can the app alert you of rejection. So you end up not knowing deposit rejected until you are overdrawn or on next statement. Daily limit for deposit is too low. Support service hours are short and you are asked to call back a few days later. Avoid this app and Hanmi Bank if mobile banking is important.
App isn't loading my account after I log in. Tried reinstalling a bunch of times. Used biometrics as well as password. Stays stuck on loading.
It used to be great with my galaxy note 9, but not anymore. I have issues with signing in to the app with my new galaxy S 20. Please fix this problem.
I can't deposit check from my phone anymore and it's a business account.ive had nothing but problems with this bank and nobody does anything to fix it.
This app is unusable on Android 9.0. The app immediately crashes on sign-in. It looks like another user has the same issue. Please fix!
It keeps crashing when I try to sign in with fingerprint verification on Android 9.0 on the Galaxy S9. Please fix this.

Hanmi the name itself For better services for me. Including App that System for very little Knowledge like me to use and avoid trip to bank so save time.
Terrible as well as slow system. Not I'm formative as customer friendly software.
Basic app that allows me to see completed actions posted to the account. No pending transactions show.

After most recent Android update the app is unusable. It's been over a month... Zzz.
The check deposit is not accurate at all and constantly crashes

Check deposit is terrible. Very hard to make a Check deposit and many times rejected deposit.

UI is alright. Truthfully not the most user friendly in some sections. For the last few weeks it has had constant trouble loading once username and password are entered. It would be nice to have a better option for verification than the email/phone choice. It gets old to keep using it, as device registration frequently gets dropped.
