Hannaford Rx

Useless. Twice i went to pick up a script and it wasn't ready. I asked why the app said it's filled and they said it says that when a script is sent in. So what's the point of this app if you have to call in anyway to confirm if a script is filled or not. Not worth it.

Refill by scan is incredibly easy and quick. No other way to go IMHO.

Thank you for fixing the app!!! 3-16-21 I did an update and now it crashes won't open at all , Nice Job ....fix it!!!! I contacted customer service couple of month ago never got a response. The app worked great until I did the update on March 16th eversince than it won't open just shuts down , uninstalled and reinstalled but it's still doing the same thing, don't waste your time downloading it until they fix the issue ,god knows how long that will take they don't even reply to messages/ emails.

I've been using the app since I switched to Hannaford's pharmacy a year and a half ago. It's awesome and I love it! Until the last month or so, when it started crashing every time I try to open it, now I'm stuck using the voice system. I want the app back! UPDATE: Installed the updated app and I'm a very happy camper again!!!!

Dismal experience! The app is wonderful when it works. Does everything you can expect from a pharmacy app program. The problem is that the app only works once after downloading and installed. I have already installed the app 3 times and 3 times uninstalled. The app decides to NOT open again every time after the initial installation. Weird

Works well and is intuitive.

Reduced another star (was 2) because there is zero support Barely works. Can refill, can't do anything else, constant internal database error messages. Been like this from the start. The old web app (rxtouch) is fully functional and a fast better experience.

This app is *ridiculous*! Login error/failure happened w/ my biometric login. Used successfully 12/10, tried logging in 12/14 and massive wall of dialog box with words and symbols...obviously some tech failure. NP. Uninstall/reinstall, still not working - gave up and went in person. TODAY, still can't login - "invalid pw" &/or "user not found". Call support. "The local Rx can resolve some app issues, have you tried calling?" Its 2 days before Christmas & staff shortage! Really?! DELETED THE APP

On point, easy to use. Slightly confusing when using history to tell if your refill is ready, but a phone call (no wait time) fixes that quickly. I'm so happy to have chosen Hannaford after leaving Walgreens - the best choice I've made in a long time.

Always easy to use, very convenient.

Other pharmacy apps I have used will send a notification when your prescription is ready. I do not get a phone call or text so I know I have to check which is kind of an inconvenience. My fiance is the one usually picking things up so alerts or texts make things easier, at least for us.

Easy and convenient to use

Learned of App & installed in January. Used it for a refill for the first time in February. Now in March it crashes at open. Nice going. Meanwhile, doing the refill by automated phone service was so much easier than using the app, the only diff being I needed the bottle for the RX number.

This app sucks! It always closes for NO REASON and asks me if I want to send feedback, which I NO LONGER WANT TO, OBVIOUSLY, cause all that happens is the app closes. When I reopen it, it's the same trash all over again! Ugh! And yes, I DO spend more time in the app than expected, because I'M TOO DAMN BUSY TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK!!

I also could not create a pharmacy account because it said I was using a special character even though I was not. My theory is the app is picking up the asterisk (that won't be deleted) that designates the field as mandatory to fill in. I hope they fix this, because it looks like it could be very handy! But right now it is unusable.

It show's my meds are ready for pick up way before it's time to even fill it it even shows a picture with a brand they don't even have in stock and now I go to login and it spins and spins and says an error occurred I like to see what I'm getting and when it's ready,also i never get any notifications I like a notification when my script is filled I use to use Walgreens till they stopped taking my insurance there app was great please fix this issue

It's great to have access to our family's pharmacy information. The app took this grandmother a couple of tries to learn, but really everything is there to know who's taking what, when it's ready to refill and pick up, whether it's part of the Refills Made Simple program, and a history of previous scripts.

It isn't the most intuitive app, and the supposed notifications are nonexistent (regardless of app or device settings), which is honestly the main reason I downloaded it. I suppose it works reasonably well otherwise.

The lack of password protection. Also you can't contact anyone if you forgot your password or need to change it. I don't like that I can't see I'd my rx is being filled or not. Do I have to call? That make the point of this app moot. I perfur the older version.

Very easy way to refill prescriptions.

Terrible. Kept blocking "special characters" in password. I used only numbers and letters. Insisted that it had sent verification to a number that isn't mine. Created a new account. This time it got my # right, but no verification sent. Won't stop insisting I'm using special characters, no matter how many times I try letter+number - only passwords. Why anyone would trust their med info to whatever company wrote this junk.

It works just as I intended for it to without a problem. The only complaints I have are that your account can't have special characters in the password (which I like for security reasons) and I wish that it gave me an accurate status on my refill request. It told me "prescription filled" but when I arrived at the pharmacy they we completely out of my medication and told me it should be ready today at 3pm instead.

This app is helpful because it's a direct, "user-friendly", portal to your entire health portfolio which is critically important to have access to in this incredibly fast paced and unforgiving society whom you can't rely on to access personal info. It's a secure app in my opinion and I hope to see it gain more technology like maybe portable health monitoring equipment such as a sports watch that counts your heart rate and measures blood pressure and the such. Other than that this app is ok.

Sometimes it just doesn't submit your prescription. And when it does you can't believe the time it gives you, just wait for them to call. But make sure you go in person to double check that they even got your order. No point to this app really, just a waste of time and storage space on your phone.

Very easy to use while transferring my mother's prescriptions

I like the app, except I can't log into my history. In order to "Validate" my account it's sending the number to a landline from 10 years ago. I have changed my phone number at the pharmacy and I know it works because they call with prescription info. This little thing is very frustrating.

What the heck, sends the special code and then by the time I navigate back to the place to enter it, the app erases all of the information I have spent the time to enter. So cumbersome and unnecessary. Do I even want to try this get again?

I hate how long it takes to load. It will make me sign back in if I change who I wish to look at (family of 5!) And sometimes it will not load at all, and soon as it does and you click a name it signs out for "inactivity." Only good thing about it is that I can know ahead of time who I am picking medicine up for, rather then guessing who has meds!

Been trying to open the app after installing for 2 days and it keeps closing! So frustrating!! I understand an app being down or having problems, but come on! And now that I read the other reviews I see that this has been going on since end of March!If I could give negative stars I would!
