when in the app, I always have to delete the message in the textbox before I can type in my text. it is bothersome, please fix it. Once I press on the box, that message should just disappear.
This is a very bad application and I am feeling guilty after purchasing this application. This is very large application. And it is very heavy application. I am cheated by you the pronunciation of TTS is not clean you should to update this application immediately make it small under 30 MB after fixing many box and after making good application many user will purchase this application
Have you not Chinese and Korean voice as well, I'd like that for learning language. Thank you ?
Worst purchase ever! Sounds too mechanical. You can't even change the pitch or tempo....
Works for a bit than have to uninstall and reinstall. Did this multiple times

I completely LOVE the phonetic quality of this TTS.
Amazing phonetics, a honey to my ears, the most pleasant voice I ever heard. However, a complete absence of high frequencies makes this voice unusable for anything but short familiar phrases, unfortunately. I really had high hopes for this voice. After Amazon has bought Ivona and took it down from the market, there's simply no good voices left anymore...
If I had to actually buy it with my own money, I would be very disappointed but I used Play Credits I'd gotten through doing google surveys. Much less polished voices than the IVONA voices and about par with Google voices. Very digital sounding voices and quality decreases with pitch change and speed. I guess I can use it for navigation but for actual "reading", I don't think I could deal with the digital sound.
This is the third phone I have had this voice on with few problems. I have had some stuttering on a low end phone, when too many apps we're running in the background. I use it daily.
I bought this for my new tablet because Ivona is no longer available (had that on my old tablet) to read ebooks. After looking for a good text to speech app, I found this. This voice is one of the best.
Acceptable in comparison to other voices available on android 6 in 2016. However in PC Ivona Emma & Brian are far more superior voices.
file is way too big at 134 mb. The voice the phone came with is much better sounding +han this and doesn't even take up a quarter of the space that this app does. Deleted.
It's value for money -- sure some problems, pauses etc, but it costs about a buck, much less than Acapella, but it runs on more advanced versions of Android so it keeps reasonably up to date; but it's got a huge data file -- heaps of probs with that, which no doubt contribute to its slowness at times, but hey, that price!

There are 10-second delays before it starts, and it ignores its speed and pitch settings.
The voice does not respond good to tags such as exclamation points, question marks, etc. I'm hoping an update will help fix these problems.
I really like this voice as well as the others that I've already purchased. Hannah is, as much soothing to the ears as the rest of them. Awesome job CereProc!
No amount of configuration in the settings can get this engine to work.

Smooth and natural voice.
This voice is by far the best female US voice available from Cereproc. It is, for the most part, clear and understandable (with a few exceptions for standalone short words and oddities like "hmm" and so on). Its biggest downfall and the reason I cannot use it as a daily communication aid is its inability, like the other voices, to adjust based on punctuation - specifically asking questions. This is essential for any regularly used TTS engine. That said, this voice shows promise, so I will leave it installed in the hope that the developers will add this capability in the future.
I have been using this voice for a while. I really like the quality of it. I have one issue however that kept it from geting the 5 star rating and this is for all cereeproc voices. They don't handle large blocks of text to well. I have had to restart my phone because of the times where one of these voices has crashed while reading a large block of text. They can be a bit slgish at times. If Cereproc fixes this problem these voices will get the rating they dserve
