App lets me log in, but then it throws out an error message of "There is a temporary technical problem fetching your policy. Please try again later." This happens constantly and is bad enough that I'm seriously considering changing to another insurance carrier There's no point in having an account with someone if I can never access that account, especially in the THIRD DECADE OF THE 21ST CENTURY!
The mobile app is junk, it will not allow you to log in, continually prompts you to activate and register your online account. The only way I can view my account on line is through out regular computer. I have contacted customer support, sent pictures of the issues and nothing.
Just installed on a brand new Samsung TAB A. App works perfectly. I am able to see my current account status for both my home and auto, and can access and download (pdf) files of all my past and current statements. Works great, does exactly what I need. Thanks !!
Worthless. I set to use fingerprint recognition. After I place my finger on the sensor, the login page appears. I enter my user name and password, but nothing happens except for a never-ending loading icon. And forget about using with Last Pass.
Login is horrible. Even though I've set up to use my fingerprint, it never works. I also selected the option to remember my username, but it's never shown. Deletes itself after every use. I don't use the app often, so it would be nice if my username or login option would actually save like it's supposed.
Adequate. Tapping my id cards sometimes says I don't have a policy. The app appears to require data, which isn't useful if you're in an emergency without it.
Never works! Can't log it always indicates it's unavailable.
This app never works! For how much money I give you, you'd think you could at least let me log in. Your website and app never works, get with the times, it's embarrassing.
This app doesn't work most of the time same as their website. No change in the use of this app after more than one year of my previous review. Worst app I have ever seen.
I entered new bank account info and the app didn't save it. Generated an invoice fee from Hanover. Worthless app.
won't let me log in to my account. i just set up a username and password and i get a "service unavailable" screen.
Takes forever to log in, or just errors out for whatever reason. I reset my password, still can't log in. Fix your janky app!
This applications only function is to see your bill. And that only worked 1 time . This app is completely useless.

every single time I try to log in it says my password is incorrect and takes a good five minutes of loading before anything, very frustrating
This App doesn't work I try many times and used my fingerprint and nothing happens send me a message to say call a phone number that they don't answer too

Terrible experience. It's slow, supports fingerprint sign in, but still requires you to input username and password afterward. Can't get anything to load.
