Worse customer care service! They neither pick up your call nor call you back. Even after writing on their so called help option. I was using this app since years and suddenly showing error. I couldn't fix it. So, this is time to tell them goodbye.

Worst rates and customer service. I don't recommend wasting time and money on this app. Their program shows different amount than received amount. I have sent 500 euro to my friend and he received 494. And now their call center is ignoring my calls.

Feels like I'm stupid right now using this app. I'm trying to send money but it doesn't work at once!! So lousy system!! They reply us we apologize forever cause they have big volume of calls!! At the end !!

One of the worst customer service that ever existed, they never answer the calls and i used to have an account but suddenly now not working and when i try to create a new account i cant find my Nationality, anyway i found another option which they have an amazing customer service that reply in 10 seconds and always help

It's not bad service and also not good servicing company It's 50/50, but there are big problems with calling center staff which they usually don't answer calls if they cab answer a call, staff has no attitude with customers.

I have been transferring funds through my bank the past year. The service fee I was charged each transaction was around 40 USD. My first transfer with this app was 0 dollars. I had a few questions in the beginning but Alex guided me through them with a prompt and professional manner. I am told that I will not be charged a service fee from my bank in States also. This is by far the easiest and cheapest way I have ever transferred money to the States from Korea. Great app guys! Thank you, E. Lee

The mobile wallet transfer (known as bkash) in Bangladesh is an useful addition and one of the reason why i use it but the last two transactions took a little more time to process otherwise I would have given them five star. it would be an awesome feature if we can recharge/topup prepaid mobile phones from the app. Btw the customer care support is excellent!

this app needs improvement, already signed up and ready to use it all of a sudden it keeps having an error about mu password even it is right. and once you installed it a you can never reinstall in once you remove it. very disappointing, doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

Why can't the app search for my address after inputting countless times.

Best app ever! Hanpass made my life my easier. I can send money to any bank in the Philippines! I can even top up my Gcash as well! They also have government services where I could pay my SSS, Philhealth & Pagibig. Not just that, through their AUTODEBIT service I dont have to use online mobile banking because I can connect all my bank accounts and send money in Korea through Hanpass! Wow the best app ever I could ask for!

Difficult to Understand. Is there an online resource that explains how to move money from the bank account to the virtual account? More instructions/directions are needed within the app.

Easiest and chepaest way to send money worldwide! Now that they have Western Union option, i can send to my family and friends who are living in the USA amd Singapore! I can use the app for all my money sending needs.😊

Efficient and Accessible

Very helpful app, but there is one issue, I think it would be great if the person who sends cash is informed when it's withdrawn by receiver.

I'm trying to transfer funds to India, however, the option to select bank for bank transfer is not giving the list of banks in India. Instead it's just showing "BANK TRANSFER ANY WHERE" as an option. Is there any issue with the app or the app is no longer transferring funds to Indian banks?

this app is very uncomfortable. before it was possible to choose who i want to send money. after the upgrade this become impossible. it is difficult abd annoying to enter the information every time.

I keep getting this area message that says, "Due to new bank regulations, ID used in bank and HanPass should be the same". Error: 40032 Please I need help.

Don't use this app. It doesn't work. My transfer that I sent 24 hrs ago did not go through yet. No support at all. 절대로 이용하지 마세요. 송금도 안되고 상담원 연결도 안됩니다. 채팅 전화 아무것도 안되는 상태입니다. 최악의 서비스입니다.

worst of the worst takes too long to transfer, once i transfered on before holiday and tooked 3+ days because the next day was week end the next working they didn't even send it yet and it's not even large amount customer services are busy it's stressedful DON'T USE THIS APP
