It's very thirds class travel company. Suddenly bus cancel by them before 1 hours of travel ..and also payment not refunded till 7-7, 10-10 Days Almost 8 days of cancel bus by them and still not refund my money
The worst bus I have ever travel they gave me the last seat and charged 2000 rs no body can travel in this seat.
I cancelled the ticket but today after 8 days i didn't receive my payment. Will not book tickets for this bus.
I am not even bothering to rate it in stars. But they need stars to go further to write a review. So just 1star. Lol It just doesn't work. After several minutes it keeps returning with an invalid PNR number. It's a scare after having money taken and then it says booking not found. All it gives is just pop ups of no results. Lot need to be worked Hans.
Hans travels services is very bad. Neither bus info provide on tickets nor on later by sms. In case of any failure of bus no proper replacement of bus for same destination.
While booking ticket, eminities displayed are actually not fulfilled. Hans Travels is being preferred (for female) basically for Toilet but while boarding it has been observed that there is no such facility available. Beddings are stinking badly, TV, reading-lights are for showoff, bus staff behaviour is not up to mark, local commutators are being invited and bus is being stopped unnecessary purpose but if someone requesting for washroom, same is being denied. It's disappointing/disgraceful.
Currently I'm traveling in hans travel bus.. This is the worst experience of my life.. I have to go pune on urgent basis but they are change there rout without informing to passengers just because they earn some extra money. I booked ticket for pune from Indore but they are traveling via gujrat and it's take a more than 16 hr. And staff is miss behaving with me..
Very bad 👎 service .not maintain berth clean .punctuality was very poor needs to improve.driver have stop the bus on mid journey for more than 2 hrs to pick other bus passenger.berth was very dirty some one have vomited and make berth cover and curtain rod very dirty and window glass was flooded with vomit .kindly note and keep remember in future
Very poor service and the driver talks rudly in polietly and don't even told that bus is late by one hour and aslo told to stay and stand at given pick up point. Also drivers language is very harsh and inspite of helping the customer he denied to help and staying that it is customers mistake to book the ticket from hans travels.
Worst Travels and services are extremely bad I ever seen, I way of talking is also extremely Bad, Not at all helpfull. If u ask for any help they says NOT POSSIBLE / We cant help u and cut your call. Please Dont prefer this travel.
Worst journey ever. It is running 5 hours late. My travel time from Mumbai to Bhopal was 19 hours but it took 24 hours to reach bhopal. Worst bus service provider. Never travel by this bus.
Travelled from nagpur to durg two days back..had very bad experience. bus was delayed for more than 45 minutes.i called them several times to know the status but they didnt responded..my seat number was 11 it was already occupied by some one else.they alloted other seat and told me that dont use the blanket n sheet it contain vomitus particles.. i requested them to change that..but they were not ready to change that from my seat.. rude behaviour of workers.
World biggest waste bus I have see .. there is no response and no one will care to passage...bus was dirty ...so bad I have fased lot of problems in bus . don't download this app and do not take ticket in hans travels waste biggest bus in India

Journey from Indore to jabalpur on 06.09.2020 was very uncomfortable because bus was very old and Driver have no experience of route. Bus started 1.50 hrs. late from origin station. I suggest not to travel from Hans bus service.
Hans travel is just cheaper. I had booked for Aurangabad to Mumbai but at the time of departure they told that bus doesn't go to Mumbai but Pune.They even neither respond the phone call.Please don't book hans travel..

No COVID security highly risky to travel. More than 40 mebers dumped in bus no mask, no sinitisation, no isolation, no punctual highly rude staff..
We traveled on 28/4/19,(bus no.UP75 AT 0096)it was very bad experiance.Interior condition was very poor.The driver took the passangers in between,the galary was packed.The AC was off in the morning 6.30 am.

Very bad no customer care executive is responding the call properly. Waiting time more than 30 minutes. If by mistake customer care executive will receive the call they are cutting the call randomly. Very poor. Thank you.
