Credit and Debit Card Control helper/companion app for the Hanscom FCU Mobile Access App.
PLEASE NOTE: You must log in to the Hanscom FCU Mobile Access App and select “Control My Card” under the “Services” menu to access Control My Card.
Manage and monitor your debit and credit card and protect yourself from fraud wherever you go! Industry-leading technology enables YOU to control your card access right from your device.
Monitor and control your credit and/or debit card with the following features:
• Turn your card on and off – Misplace your card? Simply turn it off until you find it!
• Get alerts when suspicious transactions are detected so you can take action to
protect your account from fraud.
• Get alerts for transactions based on criteria you set such as:
o Merchant type such as gas stations, department stores, restaurants, entertainment,
travel, and groceries
o Transaction type including ATM, point of sale, and eCommerce
o Location of your device or a specified region
o Transaction amount over a specified threshold
• Deny transactions based on criteria you set.
• Control other cards associated with the account – If you have multiple Hanscom FCU cards, you can set controls for all associated cards.
