Ignores portrait mode system setting. Many users like me only prefer to use my phone in portrait mode. However this app seems to override that setting and still rotates if my phone rotates. This needs to be fixed as it doesn't abide by the android development rules. No app should override the systems settings on its own.
Gets the job done. Easy to use. Not perfect, but more than up to the task for straightforward on-line Bannking. Staff always there to solve issues and maje sure you have what you need, accomplished. 👍
Crashing constantly. The app won't even open anymore, it has always worked well in the past. New update definitely didn't fix any bugs.
can't access everything in my accounts, not a good navigation app, hard to set up auto bill pay even online thru the website, it's just not as easy as every Other banking app we use.
The developers still need to work out some pretty significant bugs. A few features (such as mobile check deposits and secure email attachments) do not work on my Pixel 3.
This bank is truly horrible. Ive had the displeasure of doing business with them now 3 times on vehicle loans, and they manage to combine terrible management with awful processing, terrible notifications, and pathetic app/online banking support.
unable to open the required depozip app for depositing checks. I've tried on multiple Android devices, it only works on ios. very annoying.

My mobile deposit finally work (pixel 3)!!! Everything is working in fact. App is pretty convenient. I'm glad it's all in order now.
Paid my bill and it never went through.. why is it taking 2 days ? Also can't see my home screen . This app needs a update
As several have already stated. The app now crashes before startup. Completely unusable.
For check deposits on my Google Pixel 3, taking pictures of the back of the check no longer work. ☹️ All I want is check deposit to work.
this new app is terrible have tried for days to make mobile deposit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it does not work for deposit

Mobile deposit still doesn't work on the Pixel 3. Mobile deposit worked fine before the app update. I hope this is fixed soon so I can update my review

I'm finding that I have a similar problem to one reported by others: the app seems to be grossly incompatible with Google Pixel 3's. Mobile deposit doesn't work - the view finder never snaps a photo of the check no matter how good the lighting and contrast are. There's no way to manually force the photo either. In fact, the UI elements don't appear to work at all. The only way to retry taking the photo is to close the app and log in again. After a few tries, my phone is hot to the touch.
