Hanzi Recognizer

Premium features available: search by reading/meaning, compound search, favorites and history. You can upgrade form within the application (Settings->Upgrade to premium), no need to download a separate application.
Premium upgrade price: around $3.99 (varies slightly by location/exchange rate. Press the 'Upgrade' button to display the Android Market dialog with the current price).
Just draw a character, tap 'Recognize' and select a candidate to display character reading, meaning, radical and hear audio pronunciation . Search by reading or meaning, as well as compound search also available (premium only). Characters/compounds you view are automatically saved to history and can be marked as favorite (premium only).
Follow proper, or at least basic (left to right, top to bottom, horizontal before vertical, etc.), stroke order for best results.

It keeps stopping
Disappointingly, it seems not to recognise many component radicals beyond the most basic. Eg try 聚, or any of its component radicals.
Cant get it to recognize simple characters.
I want to have both traditional and simplified sets so that I know the difference between them. Can you help me?
I pay for pnemin why can't write Chinese word 'Good.' or me Bad
Awesome app...gives you both Mandarin and Cantonese definition as well as character and radical breakdown...upgrade to pro is even better :D
How could it cannot read the pinyin of the character appropriately? Installed TTS as required, but it just spells the pinyin!

Easy to use, great database. I . Use it constantly when I'm studying Chinese.
that's all pronounce in Cantonese which is only a less than1%Chinese use, only dialect just like slang, uninstall right away
Good that it has decomposition, but too slow and flaky recognition
Only a few bugs need to be sorted out
This nice but still got some word are missing....
Great app, although not as good as my translating device. IDEA: color-code pinyin so it can be matched to english spelling with corresponding color.
Only useful if you know how to write the actual word.
This was so useful on my recently trip to china! And I bought the upgrade, had a question and got a helpful reply immediately. Would recommend this to anyone learning or travelling in china!

Wish there is a Cantonese language pack for espeak.
Thought it was a recognizer as implied in the name
