To developer: with the new hsk coming out in July, are you guys planning to make new changes? 4.5 Really like this app because it has almost everything essential in regards to learning hanzi. I am using the free version so I can't speak for the paid version but so far I am happy. It shows stroke order, sentence and word combination examples. Things missing: marking for words you need more work on so you can review it.
EXCELLENT! Though it is in Simplified and I live in Taiwan, which uses Traditional, this is still VERY USEFUL and very well designed. Perfect for learning HSK, for certain. I immediately paid the very small fee for Premium. Great value!
Very helpful compendium of characters with animated stroke orders. However, I was hoping to be able to test my ability to write the characters, which is not a feature this app offers.
Simple app to show and teach Chinese characters. Would be good to add option to remove pin yin during test. If you get some characters wrong should cycle again in same test to get 100%. Also new feature like custom flash card would be helpful.
its decent, still need a dictionary for audio. however it provides a self paced learning structure. i use a dict to save as the flashcards and for audio. use the dict flashcards to test and reinforce memory. i like the character strokes, excellent feature
Good app, but we need to have more options ! Like : add traditional characters, hiding pinyin, add a general test including each chapter (or maybe the chapters of your choice). Thanks !
I bought the premium. It's straight forward and works well. Though, it'll be nice to have a setting where I can turn off the pinging sound after I answer, and maybe a dark theme.
pretty good app, quite effective and efficient. Would like the option of turning off pinyin while doing the tests though.
This app is very good and so helpful also easy to use but it lacks some hanzi and if u add camera scan will be better and has a problem when i write pinyin to search for a character
Best app almost free, no add with it you can memoriz most of chinises characters, it has everything you need, how to read it how to write it and testing your self it's the best thanks for the developer
Have this on my phone and tablet. Paid for it so that I could take the tests, but the test will only work on the phone. Tablet just gives an error message.. Disappointed...
Not so great in my opinion. You can only search with single character. As described, need money to test.
Thanks a lot but it will be a nice and a great app if you add pronunciation of hanzi with voice it become more helpful.

There is the useful feature of mentioning the radicals of each character, but not all of them are mentioned.
I have downloaded it by my note10+ but it can't read the words....while my note3 can do it....what should I do?!?!

Update: I received a response via email. I tried several things to fix the issue. Finally after restarting uninstalling and restart installing the app, the male and female Chinese voice for text to speech, and restarting my phone in between each step, I did eventually get voice function to work I loved this app on my old phone, but on my new phone I can't get the sound/pronunciation. Can someone help. This will be back to 5 stars and the best app I've used for Chinese once resolved. Thank you!
