• Access the HAP Symptom Checker – identify a problem area, choose your symptom(s), and learn what to do next – it may tell you to head to the doctor or to try home treatment. It will detail your home treatment options, provide prevention tips, help you prepare for an appointment & more.
• Access the HAP Conditions Manager – we’ve got you covered from the common cold to cancer to quitting smoking to diabetes to weight management. Learn more about your condition, including insight into symptoms, when to call a doctor, exams and test, treatment overview, home treatment, medications, surgery & more.
• Find a doctor, urgent care center or hospital and schedule appointments with ease using the click to call feature.
• View your most recent ID card in real-time and on the go
• View the ID card for your spouse and any dependents on your policy
• Email or fax any ID card on your policy to a doctor office, hospital or pharmacy
• Link to directions and contact info for any doctor that you look up
• Get information to help you during a travel emergency
• Access important contact information

D card does not guarantee eligibility; your provider must confirm eligibility at the time of your visit. Dual coverage scenarios are not supported by this application; those with dual HAP policies will see the last card he/she received.

I put my member information in and keeps asking me verify it. This is very poorly made. You no way of getting it corrected or any to contact with a problem.
Terrible..... I put in my right information and I still couldn't get it to open app. App is a waste of time. I am very disappointed.
It is basically your insurance card and an unwieldy database of their providers. No guidance on copays, etc.
does nothing, can access my card that's all. cant look up doctors (page not available) useless app to have if it does nothing.
App crashes when I try to get my ID cards, that's the only reason I need it so basically it's useless.

Doesnt let me log in. Quick fix just login from the internet download pdf file on your phone showing your card and take a screenshot :)
Keeps crashing when attempting to log in ....can not use at all
You need to keep Pace with Android
Can't log in which doesn't help if you're at the doctors office and they want you to produce your card.

Since last update on Nov - 16 App has become useless. Cannot access any features, continually crashes. Liked how app worked before this update though. Wish someone would fix.
Every time trying to view cards. Was not like this before. HTC 10 Android 6.0
Horrible app! It's no more than a very outdated digital form of your hard copy card. The app does not give you any information on current eligibility status. You could go to a provider and bring up the card, and be seen, then get a bill for not being covered on date of service. I logged in and it still shows 2 family members listed that have not been on my policy for 2 years!! Absolutely useless!!
