Terrible app. It took forever to be able to login. and once logged in, it was impossible to create a booking because the app couldn't get connected to the server.. 😑

Ridiculous.Whenever you try to login, it shows wrog user id and password. But in browser you can login with same user id and password.
very frustrating when you trying to log into the app for a quick quote.it does not allow you in even though correct password has been entered.
It is not working It always tell me that the user name or password is incorrect I have deleted it and downloaded again many times but it still not working It is give you one or two quotes after that you will start to suffer Please solve this issue You are a good company and we expect from you better than this
It keep telling me wrong password even i enter the correct one.....reset the password and it still say wrong password...what wrong with this apps....you guys not maintain it properly.

i have had previous experience with online quotes. They couldnt provide me support for simple login issues in Saudi Arabia. After that i m sure they are not HAPAG LLOYD rather HLAG😋. If the IT team can't even help with username or password/ account creation i wonder what updates they will provide for bookings.. quotes..
Password not working on app, It's working over website but the useless app doesn't allow to login.
After login, when try to have quick quotes, not even one routing is availible why feeding the option when not implement?
Worst customer service & extremely unprofessional staff and the app is also not synchronized with online account. I have tried to book a single 45 HC container with this company but no one knows how to replies on call "sir I dont know, sir please contact service departmen". Every person has asked me to contact on some other link, I have talked with UAE, then Pakistan, then China by email and by call. Please provide good customer service, as our time is very precious and we can not delay shipment
