The product and APP are suitable for children over three years old.
Download the APP on your compatible smartphone, and connect the APP to the engine via Bluetooth following the enclosed instructions. When you are done, you can launch your engine. Use the APP’s operation interface as panels in the engine’s driving cab. Press buttons to make the engine move forward, accelerate forward, reverse or accelerate backwards. While the engine is working, different sound and light effects simulate an authentic driving experience; the engine's headlight and horn can also be operated via the APP.

Listen. I have this app on 2 devices. My kid loves his toy train and can use my phone or his tablet to play. The app works flawlessly. If it doesn't connect? Turn your train off then back on . I just wish the headlight button worked while the train was moving versus when it is just stopped. Otherwise the app is great.
Application was working perfectly till the Android was updated to version 10. In Android 10 it does not connect to the train anymore. Also, why does this app has to have access to the storage and location? It doesn't make any sense.
The app does not work. The app indicates that the train is moving but the train is stalled physically. The manual buttons on the train still work so it can still move.
Works fine for me on Android. Been using it for over a year now. My 3 year old, soon to. E 4 year old, still loves it and could play for hours.
It used to be so hard to connect but now it pairs instantly if I close the app so if any of you guys get that same problem try closing the app and reopening it that sometimes works for me other times it instantly pairs
Works perfectly even on Android 10 in Pairs instantly, no setup required, worked at the very first time around it was so much fun to play with the kids with!
Does not work on Android 10. Cannot pair with train and Android even warns that the app might not work because it is so old.
Why does this app need location and media access? When I disable these options the app stops working.

So much fun! Especially the dial and the sounds.

Make sure to "wake" the train! The only confusion is that you need to push a button on the train for the app to start responding like a remote. If your child leaves it on like mine does, that can be a pain to troubleshoot. I thought the app stopped working!
