I can log in fine, but every time I go to deposit a check the ap stops working right after I take a picture of the check. Other bank aps I use don't have this problem.
Easy to use but hate that it times out as you are actively using it.
Love that I can check on my account whenever. I don't have to worry driving to the bank.
The only thing missing from this app is the option to withdraw money! Lol. Other than that I can do everything from my phone, I rarely have to walk into the actual credit union. :)
Really love the app, but it won't install on my new Samsung S7 Edge.

This app is stupid i tried to make an ID to sign in and everytime it i finish step two and try to go to the next step but it just stops

Worked great on my little 3G phone until today. Unistalled and reinstalled. Still won't work. I also noticed when they upgraded it jumps all over the page when I use it on my Samsung tablet. Upgrades are crap some of us can't afford the latest, greatest stuff and I would bet all this would work on that.
It doesnt give u any details on your credit crd. It doesnt say how much your min Payment is, how much you were charged in interest. Nothing. Please fix.
Works only half the time.doesnt give minimum payments. Is terrible.why would this app be put out knowing it doesn't work.i guess hapo and the app developers don't care about their customers. don't install waste of time
The back camera for check deposit takes me literally 50 pictures before I get a focused one. Typically get logged off in the mean time of taking too many pictures.
It's great to finally have an app. Now to make it look better! Would also like to see an option for faster login such as a 4 digit pin when using the app
It stops working all the time which is making me concerned about how secure it is.***** just an update*** The app still freezes and it doesn't recognize my ID or password and it doesn't give the option to reset it AND the mobile site is down. Go figure. I should just transfer everything to my accounts at the federal credit union and close my accounts with hapo.
App is great, but when taking pictures of checks for mobile check deposit, the camera for the back of the check never focuses.
This has bee n the most helpful bank I ever dealt with.
Works great, just as good as some of my corporate banks apps.
Finally App I Can use now then going to Web browser..
Need to see account balance on every transaction in the transaction details
