Auto-extraction of expense data via SMS Import:
Many of our users use their personal or corporate debit/credit cards to make expenses on behalf of their company. Every time they swipe their card they get a transaction SMS from the respective bank. Our SMS feature helps employees convert the data in these transaction SMSes into expense entries directly in their Happay account - so that they don’t have to waste time manually creating expense entries. This feature also ensures that the expense data is captured accurately, without any errors. Since Happay takes care of expenses, employees can focus on things that matter.
When employees use the SMS import feature, they select the cards/accounts via which they make business expenses and authorise Happay to use only these cards/accounts to auto-extract data. This way, employees are in total control of which data can be used by Happay. Happay then reads only these SMSes, extracts the date, time, merchant name and amount, and populates it in the employees Happay account. Employees can quickly take a photo of the bill, add the expense to a report and submit it for approval in seconds.

Pathetic app, I have tried 7 times and followed the instructions to upload my KYC details. But still rejected and now many people are so frustrated that they have requested the company to stop it. Very poor interface. Never go for this app.
Food wallet is set as default and has plenty balance still order of chicken on licious app keeps failing. Even after contacting support no help. Seems bug.
Most of places , card payment doesn't work... IRCTC app u cannot use it for payment ....Vodafone Mobile bill payment cannot use it ... flight tickets u cannot use it ... good for nothing card
Every time it's showing internet connection issue. Not able to login also not able to complete ride when click on category same error internet connection issue showing.
KYC process needs improvement. Doesn't say what is missing and ask to upload docs again. Is this manual verification or you have any AI who matches and rejeject.
I hate this app, its so user- unfriendly I dread the day my organization chose to switch to Happay from Zeta. Ridiculous interface and super confusing

Getting kyc error.. seems like app is released before even it was completed..its not even properly working
Very pathetic app I have completed my kyc but did not showing my kyc is completed in app. Due to this problem I have facing financial crises.
This app does not do even the basic thing its meant for.. I keep trying to use it for online purchase and it keeps on failing.. all my money is just lying in their wallet making the app useless for me to spend the money
Useless app "No JSON Object could be decoded" error while trying to change the pin of physical card
Do not have option to scan QR code of food vendor like Zeta Food card has. Not every vendor have POS machine. It is very difficult to spend the money with thia card.
I need to use this app as part of work, while it has a few good features. it's still quite scary that this app needs access to your sms's access to make calls as well as your contacts. In the current age when data privacy is important this is very concerning. The access to phone and contacts should be removed. This feature could very easily be misused to pick up this information and sell it to third parties. . If I didn't HAVE TO use this app for work. I would not have installed it at all.

Good service and support.
It was quite difficult to do things manually earlier but with happay to power to get our expenses done has become quite simple. I have personally started clicking pics of everything and adding to my system as soon as I make a payment. Being in sales most bills for mine would fade away before claiming and I would always lose money. No such problem now. Thank you happay
I would have given it 4 star if it has "scan and pay" option integrated. It can't be used at small merchants, as most of them do not have card swipe facility or machine. And it is really frustrating when you have money in food wallet and you can not use it.
Very pathetic app. Downloaded the latest version and I can't even login with either my phone number or email. Phone number page shows displays empty dropdown for code. Always shows invalid code. And email page always shows 'internet connectivity issue'. Don't know how to login.
never seen more poor customer service. they couldn't get their Happay card activated and the customer service woman was talking with such an attitude as if it was our mistake. after 4 months of constantly trying to activate also the card didn't work. total waste of money. very very very bad customer service. will recommend everyone to stay away from this application.
Ease of use and interaface. The travel details could be easily selected through drop down menu. Reimbursement cycle has reduced drastically for us. Overall a very good experience
Best solutions for expense management .
Almost all other payment apps like Paytm, Airtel, TMW support virtual card on the app, but Happay doesn't support virtual card on app, instead we have to go through cumbersome process of accessing virtual card on a website on our laptop. Also, Happay neither supports contactless payments on NFC supported phones on its app nor it supports Samsung pay.
I have used the app earlier for few months but for last 2 weeks App is not working properly. Can't find any previous submitted reports. Not able to find any reports submitted by my team either. Tried to reinstall but it takes forever.
Very easy to use and user friendly app. Earlier there was no option to set pin online. Now for the new feature we can set the pin from the app. This is very helpful now
Not as expected. There's a surcharge on Fuel spending, this card is expected to be used to save on taxes, and this card itself levie taxes. Another thing is this card don't work on popular websites like Airtel, despite of having well loaded wallet for communication category.
