Happy App

Track depressive symptoms over time! Happy App allows users to take a daily 9-item depression survey. This survey is a modified version of the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), which is used by health care providers as a tool to help diagnose and monitor the severity of depression.
Your scores are graphed and allow you to keep track of your depressive symptoms over a period of time.
