Happy Birthday Card and GIF

Tried several of these birthday card apps. They all are blah with no sound. This one at least has some video clips with sound.

I downloaded, looked at the cards. Didn't choose one. uninstalled the app, lost complete use of my phone's camera. Always restart phone after uninstalling any app. Is the best advice
