This is the only app I've found with guided imagery (not just meditation) for happiness. I wish this app had more guided imagery for things like sleep and healing. I love this app, but I want MORE in it!

It has been updated for 3 years so I'm guessing the dev thought it was a good idea (which it was) and then just left it. No problem with that. It's not polished or professional as for instance the test of 114 questions doesn't clear the question box from the previous question to the next. So if the next question is shorter in length than the previous one - you get the remainder of the previous question's text at the end. A minor gripe. It was fun to use and remarkably accurate in its assessment. Equally useful in suggestions for techniques to address those areas where I could perhaps push myself a little to achieve greater fulfilment and happiness. That can't be a bad thing.

Having made it through a dysfunctional upbringing via a mentally ill Father who was diagnosed as being Bipolar Manic Depressive I suffer from chronic depression, extremly sensitive to change and lack of motivation. Having been told I need CBT this brings forth some light and exposure and hope! I read app daily! TYSM for providing and sharing this info. All food/temptation questions are bias to OVER indulgent. So assume low risk to health. But missing meals is just as bad health as eating too much.
