Tried to edit my profile again..only my name can be changed (who in the world changes their name?!). Still cannot edit phone number. What to do if my SIM stopped working? Also, texts and pages cannot be enlarged. Not all can read small texts! Hope the app improves!
Uninstalling for now and will try again after a week. I cant open the app cause it says theres a new version and I need to update it. The thing is, i just downloaded the app and this immediately pops up. Hope this gets fixed and ill update my rating after. Thank you
At first I wasn't able to log in so I did relaunch and everything was smooth. I would like to commend my first driver (Anthony Ayudante). Very good and professional. He was able to follow my instructions. KUDOS
Taguig is not yet set for delivery? It's not like i live in a remote area. Do not launch the app yet if you can't deliver in an urbanized city. Or better yet, indicate in the app if you're still in the trial stage
Very professional company. Happy move contacted me to find me a driver for my booking that was not confirmed. Thanks Jem. Driver and helpers were very courteous and professional. Highly recommended service!
just signed up for this. keeps on telling me that I need to update and keeps bringing me back to the playstor page. and wont accept my password.
Just installed but can't sign up because it keeps telling me to update, i click update but then it just goes back to the app page.
I had cancelled my pick up order and the app shows I already have. But then 2 riders were calling me and making rude and harassing reactions and foul words. Worse service.
The login page alone lacks the most basic of ui/ux functions. Login = forget password A means to contact - this especially if the app malfunctions from time to time
Slow and have a hard time checking my order. I can't see booking now i dont know how to cancel itm.. Its not in my order list.. Help

Bookwd it a night earlier with conplete instructions and yet the next day for delivery, it was not followed. The delivery was delayed. However the customer care service was able to replace the driver and the driver delivered the cake properly and carefully. Despite the driver tracker not being aeen.the driver was kind enough to call for updates. But today i tried reinstalling the app but it sadly does not work, it says proceed with the email for customer service.
