Mindfulness is important! We’ve included a Gratitude Journal that you can use to keep track of those things that you are grateful for. We have also included daily audio Happy Messages (about 1 minute long) from Edwin Edebiri, the Chief Happiness Officer! Hopefully hearing an inspirational voice with a pragmatic message will provide a boost!
We also give access to listings to help find businesses and events in your community that have taken a pledge to spread happiness. It is always good to be able to recognize those that are operating with intention and purpose!

This app is excellent. It is something that I can use everyday to remind me to be thankful for the good that I have in my life and make note of it and to not take it for granted. The concept of this is very important especially for the time we live in. Inspirational and encouraging!
love this app! i love that i can add what I'm grateful for and reflect back on the positives in my life. The daily voice message is very soothing and motivational to hear.
Every morning I meditate for about 10 minutes and share 3 things I am grateful for. This app is very convenient for me to do that. Also it is great that I can find a happy business when I am looking for services in the local area!
