I think this app is great and has the potential to be so much better if they can work out all the glitches. For example, a lot of the text boxes won't let you actually write in them or won't save what you've written. If they can work through that stuff, I'll pay for a subscription.
EDIT: I still really love this app but the uninstalling and reinstalling when parts (most often the belly breathing) stop working properly is getting really annoying, I have to redownload whatever extra mediations I'm looking at every time and it's really frustrating I really like this app but I've had to uninstall and reinstall a few times when the breathing section stops working properly
Still disappointed, app is very glitchy, breathing animation won't work. Had to reinstall a few times and lost all of my diary data. I've emailed and tried here with no support, might cancel my subscription now which I'm gutted about. I think android seems not important to fix.
They say they will send you reminders of your trial ending before it ends and they don't. The monthly charges are pretty high considering I can get very similar apps for free. I cant even find how to cancel this ridiculously high subscription.
This app encourages you to take some time to practice mindfulness regularly and to keep a gratitude diary. Both of these things have been proven to help with stress and mental health. It is done in a way that gives variation to stop it getting monotonous.
Found this app today and SO glad I did. Suffering from Burnout and overload, a counselling session yesterday couldnt provide what I got from this in just 30 mins! Was after someone/thing to help guide me on to a pathway of pushing the 'reset' button on myself, and this has defo given me that... Was truly inspired and amazed by the tools in this app, and will sign up for the full package because of the additional content and learning tools I know I need. Now it's up to me to use it, thank u x
I quite like this app. Starting by thinking about how I feel, dumping any negative feelings, and keeping a grateful log have become a great morning routine. I don't have a subscription so I only have access to the daily refresh, but honestly, I'm still getting a lot out of just that. The meditations in the refresh are only a few minutes, so good if you're just starting as well
I really enjoy the daily ritual. It gives this app an added layer of mindfulness, gratitude, and setting intentions that other apps don't include. One suggestion: I would love to be able to go to the Meet the Guides page and be linked to all of the meditations or courses for that guide.
I love the Happiness Workout and have been using it several times a week. I would give this app 4-5 stars, if it wasnt for the customer service who has not answered my questions regarding the usage, storage and sharing of my user data on several requests since 2 months. For me, almost 70 euros/year is a lot if my mental health data might not be 100% safe and GDPR compliant. Also, after 74 Happiness Workouts, they are now blocked without prior warning saying that I reached the free limit.
I love this app! Whether using it to get centered before giving a keynote speech or as a method to navigate thru daily stress, I am continually impressed with the content of this app. Happy Not Perfect is a life saver!
even the free seconds are well worth the time. the first few times i used it some parts didn't load right but once i installed it again it seemed to work right. love that i can set a reminder to use it.
so far im loving it! ive i ly used it twice so far but its really good for my anxiety. im hoping that you can unlock more things with time spent as well as paying for premium. i dont want to pay a big subscription
Since I downloaded this app I've been using it everyday without fail. It's important to take time out of your busy and stressful day to breathe and remember what you're grateful for. Not an app that takes up much of your time but very effective. Can't recommend enough!
Combines lots of tools for mental well-being in one quick and simple format. You can adapt it depending on the time you have by skipping steps of the daily routine.
It is a beautiful app, made after keeping in mind what their consumer might need. I use it everyday in the morning and it has really helped me. It has no disruptive ads which is the best part. It is a great app.
Keeps freezing, bugs. Loses diary data too annoyingly. Worth having a back up, but defeats the object of having it if you need to do that.
Yes! I'm so glad this is finally on Android. I'm usually super busy during the day and don't always have time for a long guided meditation so I really love the daily doses and Refresh series!
It's practical to have the breathing, writing and meditation sections short. People are busy. Short but effective.
This little app packs a really big punch, and in just three short days it has become a daily morning and evening habit. Simple, yet incredibly impactful.
I loved this cute, brilliant app. Came to know about this from Poppy Jamie's talk on "Happiness over perfection". Really appreciate her effort in sharing her research on brain facts to the world! This app is a must have for having a "me time" for everyone.
Don't update the app if you use the free features. Once updated, it only gives you another daily 5 daily doses and then you've reached your limit. I understand paying for the more tailored options, but a 30 second breathing meditation where you watch an graphic expand and diminish? No. For people with limited funds ( i.e. uni students like me or low income earners) it's a financial stretch. Why don't they have affordable options with limited features?
I really enjoy this app and have paid to access all content. However, the past month I have found it's become so slow to load and open. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it.
Super easy to use, interactive, has a meditation for each mood. Can't wait to use it each day!
bait and switch, not free app, only free trial would be better if they were up front. i don't want a subscription service.
this app os brilliant . I struggle with anxiety , it reakky helps to keeo a structure ans keeo you focus on the positives allowing yoh to breathe and release negative energy. it really is a must download

Very sweet app! I love the different relaxation exercises and brightening someone's day is always a joy. Love the burning regrets or negative thoughts page- that was awesome!
Just started using this, but I love that the app forces me to be mindful and future self journal and there is SO much content for everything I could be going through so I'm definitely pleased to have subscribed for the next year!
Loving this app so far.. taking my time to work through it. And so far so good. User friendly... and makes me want to explore more and really feels like I have that "go to" on my phone when I need it. THANK YOU POPPY AMD TEAM
I absolutely loved this app to start with, it made such a difference to my day and got me into a great daily habit. However, the breathing exercise stopped working as did other little bits which I overlooked because I wanted to keep using it. But the glitches have become frustrating so stopped using and cancelled my subscription as silly of me to pay for something that doesn't work as it should. The actual concept is fantastic though and would have been my all time fave app otherwise 😔
