They disabled their VERY reliable online ordering system (website) and informed customers that they would have either use the app or call. However, the app doesn't even work properly. As a previous user indicated, there are items that you can order simply because tapping them doesn't work (ex. desserts.) The only way to add them is if you can pull them from a previous order. They really need to sort this out before forcing people use it over the more reliable online option that they had before.

The Delivery GPS does not recognize my address, which triggers a Non-Deliverable Address Area error, but I can call and get delivery to the same address just fine... FAIL! The old website worked was not perfect but I could at least place an order. The new Appfront site has a faulty GPS Locator that will result in Happy's losing business.

I love Happy's lots of items you definitely should order from there. But the app sucks and is very limited sometimes it will not allow you to click on the dessert items and there is no real description to any of the items I had to look up online to see what the boom boom Burger was.

Worst app I've ever used. There's literally a happys right down the street from my house and I still keep receiving a message about not being in a delivery zone when the place is maybe a mile from my home. Once you can actually use the app I'll consider upgrading my rating

Not all coupons and deals are usable..can't submit choice so you can complete the order..other than that it's easy and easy to access. Thanks Happy's..my favorite Pizza spot to go to and get quality and quick food.

First time using it so I won't know until my second time how I feel. Ok I've used it, very complicated as far convenience you Cannot use your debit/credit card to pay for your order. you have to call them and give them your card information after you place your order. 😒

Food is straight n they're one of the only 3 food spots that deliver to the Southside..but for some reason I haven't received any rewards or points with this app...

This app is useless in my area of Michigan. No updates on local stores so I am unable to order either pickup or delivery. The error message says "the address is not in our delivery zone" when the nearest store is 1.2 miles from my home.

Great App. Easy to navigate. Shows other options for your favorite items like adding special items. Quick response time to online ordering.

This app is garbage, it won't let me order delivery, it says they don't deliver to my location when I know for a fact they do; its only 2 miles away and I order from there all the time. Deleted it immediately! (zero stars)

Could use better descriptions of some items such as combo dinners. Doesn't tell what comes with them and should have some basic customization options.

Same as the reviews state. All this time later and the app still will not work/ cannot locate a store (.3 miles away mind you) that delivers to my area. DELETED THE APP

it would be better if it would allow me to pick my credit card that is saved in the app for payment . instead I always have to call the restaurant to pay with my card

App can't do Math! Used an in app coupon, and the app did not give the correct discount! it was a $6 overcharge! I called to place my order an the worker got it right. Check your order carefully before placing!

It has a very small selection of their locations. Neither of the Taylor, Michigan locations are even listed. Pointless app

Website and APP need lots of work... Alot of buttons don't work... It shuts down on you... Doesn't add certain items to the order... Some items don't make sense... Can't order any desserts... Sad... Losing lots of business from people who don't like to call... FIX IT QUICK PLEASE!!!🍕

I order from Happy's all the time. This is the 1st time I tried the app. It will not let me choose a location, and it says I'm out of the delivery area. I'm not. Disappointed.....

No map. Put in my address. Have a happy's only blocks away and it only gives me 8 stores between Cleveland ohio and up north Mi. No way for me to go in and pick my store. O-well Little Caesars app works just fine. Guess where I'm ordering from.

Horrible. I gave up and uninstalled the app after trying 4x to create an account. Just one error after another. I will just call to place my order

Would be great if it didnt shut down every few mins and if we could actually order everything we want to order-we can never order any sides except mushrooms and rarely can we order deserts,sauces,or drinks..

i can no Law & Order food from any location near me since the most recent update it seems like I have to be almost at the building itself if I want to actually get something and even then I don't need the app anyways cuz I could just go inside

Unfortunately I have never been able to create an account because it continually tells me Google location services cannot locate my address. Uninstalled.

Basic layout and the dessert table didn't work at all. Other than that it worked fine.

Lies to you... Lol So according to the app happy's doesn't deliver to my house... Uninstalled and called the local store and placed my order for delivery.. I guess they do deliver to my address after all..

App says address is outside of delivery zone when website says its fine. They've delivered here a few times too just delivering from website so I know it's the app

Had a lot of trouble ordering. Could not order because one of the deals would not go through. Not user friendly

App stopped working. I called the store, they didn't seem to care. Thanks, I've ordered other food at least five times now. Very sad.

Pretty crappy to be honest, most items on the menu don't open and none of the coupons or specials work, you get the bare minimum

good but slow and some of the items on the menu wont allow you to select them .

It's pretty unacceptable to offer credit card payments when it doesn't work. This app is broken.
